"We don't need someone to babysit us." Clint whines. There is a grumble of agreement from the other rogue avengers.

Tony gives them a look, "Well unless you want to go back on the run..." Some glared at Tony. "You signed the accord and agreed to this. Deal with it."

He was going on a work trip to Italy and the rogues were being impossible. "Now, I have asked a trusted intern of mine to stay here for the week and he has agreed. Believe me, he is more than capable of looking after you."

"Well then, where is he?" Wanda asked, just as the elevator opened to reveal...a child with a notepad?

"Hi Mr. Stark. You said you wanted me to come to 'supervise' some people. I don't know how to supervise. What do I do? Are there rules? It's a test, isn't it."

"Whoa kid." Tony steps forward, "Calm down. You'll be fine."

The kid didn't seem to notice the rogues yet. He rocked on the balls of his feet, "Ok. Fine. Who will I be supervising? Is it one of the interns?" He paused for a moment, "Wait. Are you sure this isn't a test."

Tony chuckled, "No Peter, this isn't a test." The newly named Peter breathed a sigh of relief. "And as for who you will be supervising-" He stepped aside to reveal the curious avengers.

Peter's face changed in a matter of seconds. He seemed shocked and starstruck, then it changed to mild annoyance when he came to Cap (Those damned PSA's) and finally it settled on a 'You can't be serious Mr. Stark' face.

"You can't be serious Mr. Stark."

"Totally serious. You are the only trustworthy person available."

Clint spoke up, "Stark, this is absurd. It's a kid."

Tony raised an eyebrow, "He is my personal intern and he is one of the people I trust. Pepper is running SI. Rhodey is out of town."

"But-"

"No. And I will know if you disrespect the kid and treat him badly. You are to treat him like your supervising officer. Trust me, if you don't FRIDAY will take the necessary measures." He threatened.

"Star-""Fine." Everyone looked at Steve, who spoke.

Tony nodded curtly, still shaken from Siberia. "Now, Peter, here are the rules. Don't take crap from them. Don't let them do anything stupid. Don't answer personal questions. Don't let them leave the building." Peter nodded. "And lastly, do not let them into the penthouse or lab. FRIDAY make sure of that."

"Wait, is he allowed in the penthouse and the lab? Who the hell is he?"

"Yes, duh. He is my personal assistant or personal intern, whatever you prefer." *cough* son *cough*

"Bye team. Goodbye Peter." Tony left the tower.

As soon as the elevator closed, the avengers' gazes narrowed in on Peter.

He stood straighter, channeling some Spidey confidence. "Umm..hi. My name is Peter. Nice to meet you."

Peter was polite, extremely polite. He was also very mysterious. Like, what the hell? Even Natasha couldn't figure him out.

She plopped down next to him, "So, kid, who exactly are you?" She raised a threatening eyebrow at him. (How is an eyebrow threatening?)

"I'm Peter, ma'am. I'm Mr. Stark's intern." He replied cheerily. On the inside he was freaking out cause- OMG it's the black widow. Natasha Romanoff. Eeeek.
