"So, we have a problem. Well, you have a problem."
Of course, he did. Peter couldn't catch a break, could he?
"And what is that problem? Is it something to do with Spiderman?"
"Uh," Mary stated, "It's because you snapped. You absorbed some of the powers of the stones. We don't know how much yet, but you did."
He did WHAT?
"Surprise?"
Yes, that iS SURPRISING!

"So what you're telling me is that I can go back to earth and make myself tangible for short periods. Basically, be alive again."
"For short periods of time, yes."
"And I can harness the power of the stones and that is why I could bring everyone back."
"Technically for Ms Romanoff, you returned the stone. Soul for a soul and all that but yes."
"Cool."
"...I think he's in shock. We told him he can be all-powerful and he says 'cool'."
"You're not all that quiet y'know."
"Anyway, your funeral is in 2 hours so get ready."

Peter was dressed in a nice suit with his blood-red wings folded behind him. He looked around sadly, desperately wishing he could reveal himself but his powers weren't developed yet.
"I like your wings, mister. Who are you?" A young girl asked him.

"Um..can I ask what your brother's name was, little one?"
"Of course," she smiled brightly at him, "His name was Peter Parker. Like you mister."
Well, heck.
Fuc-Fudge it. There was no way he wasn't telling her.
"Can I tell you a secret, Morgan?" She nodded eagerly. "Do you know what ghosts are?"
"Yeah, dead people."
Peter choked.
"Well, yes but- I mean-. I'm a ghost. Nobody can see me but you."
She blinked. "But I can't see through you." She poked his cheek. "Nope, you're not a ghost."
He laughed, "Yeah, I'm an angel, see." She looked on in wonder as he unfolded his wings. "But only you can see me."
She still looked sceptical. The next second Peter was being dragged across the lakeside towards the very familiar red-head assassin. She had tears in her eyes and was standing next to a blond-haired woman.
"Auntie Nat?"
Natasha wiped her tears and gave Morgan a watery smile. "Yes, Morgan?"
"Can you see mister angel?" Natasha looked puzzled but probably assumed that mister angel was an imaginary character.
"No, Morgan. Who is Mr Angel?"
Mogan looked wide-eyed at him. "He's an angel with red wings. He said only I can see him and said his name was P-"
