Our story starts with the protagonist of this story, Judah. Judah is a Flowerscout and a closeted nonbinary. They honestly hate it at the Flowerscouts but Camp Campbell was full of rude or weird kids and the Woodscouts didn't allow girls. And while they weren't technically a girl, they didn't think they wanted to join a boot camp anyways. But their parents wanted them to do something for the summer so they were stuck with the Flowerscouts. They mostly kept to themselves, only talking when necessary, but this often led to the other girls whispering about them. They didn't mind, though. Today was the day that the would escape into the woods and live the rest of their summer there. They already had their bag packed and were ready to go when they heard Sasha's voice. "Oh my God. Maddy?" she said, using Judah's dead name. "Yes, Sasha?" Judah responded. "Where are you going?" Tabii asked. "For a walk. By myself," Judah answered. "Ok then. You really are weird," Erin said. The three girls then walked away. Judah breathed a sigh of relief and then proceeded into the forest. This particular forest wrapped around the lake, so they soon found themself near one of the other camps. The Woodscouts. They were about to turn around and go a different way when they heard a deep, yet young voice call out, "Hey, who is that?"
