Y/n's pov

I was in the library reading another book. Ever since Lady Dimitrescu taught me how to read I haven't been able to stop. I probably have read half the library by now.

"I see you made this place your new home", a voice said causing me to look up. "Oh uh yeah, I just really enjoying reading ever since you taught me", I replied chuckling a bit. "I can see that", she said then sat in the chair beside me. I looked down to see she fit the chair perfectly. I looked like a baby in a big chair compare to her; I was luckily enough to reach the table.

"This one is really good so far", I said while handing her the book. She took it and observed the cover and the spine.

"This is a good one, good choice", Lady Dimitrescu said then placed the book back in front of me. "So uh I guess your hungry now", I said. "What makes assume I am", she asked. "Well you're visiting me so I assume you were you know hungry", I replied. "Do you take me for a glutton, I'm not that greedy", she said. "I-I don't think your greedy it's just well uh I'm sorry", I sighed giving up. Suddenly she began chuckling which was weird, not a bad weird out of the norm type weird.

"Sorry sorry, you didn't offend me your reaction was just..cute", she chuckled. "Haha cute", I laughed, awkwardly. I feel like I was going to pass out from how hot my head felt.

"Thank you, so uh how's your day going", I asked. "Alright  nothing out of the ordinary", she replied. "That's good", I replied. It was quiet now for a while till she broke it.

"Do you miss your village sometimes", she asked. I looked at her then move my gaze back to the table.

"Sometimes, every once in a while", I replied. "I miss working with the animals, cleaning the dishes with my mom, arguing with my dad stuff like that", I added. "So spending time with your family", she asked. "..Yeah", I replied. "But sometimes I think  I'm glad to be here", I sighed.

"Really", she questioned. "It makes me feel sick to my stomach", I said then looked at her. "I was planning to hate this place in the beginning", I said. " I mean you planned to keep me here as your personal food bank, but now your teaching me how to read; What I'm saying is I feel at home here and I don't like that", I added.

"I guess that means your feelings are genuine", she said. "I guess that's one way to put it", I sighed. "Sorry if I'm overstepping, I shouldn't be talking like this", I added. "No need to apologize, I enjoy talking to you", she said. "Well I enjoy talking to you too, Lady Dimitrescu", I replied.

"Alcina", she said. "Call me Alcina", she finished. "Oh uh okay", I replied. "Well I should be heading off, enjoy the rest of your evening", she said while standing up. "Goodbye dear", she said. "Goodbye Alcina", I replied. I turned to watcher her leave the room. Once I knew she was really gone I slammed my head on the table, then rested on it.

           "I'm embarrassing"
