"It pains me to say this... but I have a request"
She lightly elbowed Karma as he tilted his head slightly
"I'll cut to the chase. That monster... I want you to kill him"
Karma glanced toward her when those words reached his ears, watching as Emiko gave off a sadistic aura; he silently hit her shoulder with his as a way to say 'Don't even think about it'. Safe to say she side glared at him
"Not physically, of course. Kill his educational policies"
'That's boring, nevermind...' she rolled her eyes in disappointment
"His policies... how?"
"Easy. I want you, the E class, to dominate the top spots in the next end-of-term exams. I'll be in first, of course, but excellent grades don't mean anything coming from an excellent student. For detritus like you to show up the A-class, though... that's how we ruin his stance on education."
"Asano, I've heard about the chilly relationship between you two. Are you saying you want us to deny your father's methods and turn away from him?"
"Don't misunderstand. 'Be strong enough to kick, even your father down.' Or so I've been taught..." Asano looked down at his hands before continuing, "And now it's time for me to put it into practice"
As Asano waffled onward, Emiko began to zone out, the words bouncing away from her as she pondered 'What should I eat for dinner today?' Closing her eyes she thought of the different options, 'Ramen? Pasta? Beef stew?' Emiko continued to space out until she heard Karma open his big mouth
"Huh? Is this any time to be worried about someone else? You're not taking first place-- I am" She fought to facepalm, 'Of course, he'd say something like that', although it was amusing to hear Asano giving a speech from the heart and Karma ruining it, as one does of course. Incredibly amusing indeed. "I told you: next time the E class won't go easy on you. I'll be number one with the rest of the E class right under me. I'd say tenth place looks good on you Asano" She sighed, 'Strawberry you big-headed twit..'
"Ooh, Karma said it! He's taking first place!"
"Just don't let it turn out like it did last time"
"At least try to do better than me, huh?" Terasaka began to tease him.
'Shitty hair finally said something reasonable this time, surprising'
Karma irked and began to continuously knee him in the stomach
Sighing once again, Emiko leaned against a nearby pillar as she silently watched the interaction. 'I am truly surrounded by a bunch of idiots...'
The next day...
'Even his clones look depressed'
Eyes closed, Emiko silently listened to the sound of Korosensei whooshing about, the yellow octopus' head dejectedly hung low as he tutored his students. From the moment Emiko entered the room and sat down, that 'whooshing' had been the only sound invading her ears, so after nearly an hour of it, her patience grew thin...
Heaving a sigh, Emiko pushed her chair outward- the legs of the object quietly screeching across the ground as she grabbed the textbook from the table next to her, the one belonging to the currently sleeping Karma. Knowing that he'd studied all night, Emiko made sure to act quiet enough so he didn't awaken.
Holding Karma's textbook in hand, she walked to the front of the room and picked up a chalk stick, ignoring the eyes on her as she sectioned the board off, labelling under different subjects.
