"Finally we've made it, we've really made it after all the difficult year's." Nawal and Maryam exclaimed.
"Yeah, Alhamdulillah" Aisha replied.
"And we deserve all the pamperings after what we've gone through especially you Aisha. I can't imagine myself handling studies and marrige." Nawal said.
What she said reminded Aisha that she has to visit a doctor after several persuading from her husband, a lot has change in their lives ever since they had that trip and Aisha has never been happy like this in her life.
Today is their graduation day, Maryam found her true lover, Najeeb and they will tied the knot in a month time.
They snapped pictures before they entered the hall and at the same time the activities is going to start.
Finally they're done with university.
All they can say now is Alhamdulillah.
"The award for the second class student goes to Nawal Muhammad Khaleed," The VC announced.
The place was in utter shock, no one expected this. Nawal was also shock to hear her name being called.
"Is this true?," Nawal asked
"Yeah baby go and make us proud" Aisha said.
Nawal went and collect her gift. She cried, her family cried and she can see the look on Abbi's face which says; "I'm proud of you."
And that's what Nawal want in her life, to make her parents proud and today that dream has come true.
Maryam was third class upper.
And the award for the best student with the first class upper goes to Aisha Ahmad Abdullahi.
"What?" Aisha asked not expecting this.
The hall was just roaring, voices from everywhere but Aisha was too numb to realize what's going on, Maryam has to nudge her before she comes back to reality.
She didn't expect this at all, the Vc congratulate her and issued her gifts and certificate before he handed over the mike to her for some few words.
The hall was silent when she was about to talk.
"Alhamdulillah ala qulli haal, after praising Allah the Almighty, I'm very grateful and thankful to Him, The great one and the Lord of the seven heavens for honouring me the chance to emerge as the best student, because I didn't expect this at all."
"Honour is given to whom honour is due to, my lord."
"My special and thousand percent thanks goes to my mum who is in support of me and gave me the courage to stand up on my own and achieve my goals."
"A warm and spritual thanks goes to my inspirational father for all his support that he help me with."
"Thank you for shaping my life with positivity with passion, without you I'd never be the person I am today."
