KANO, NIGERIA.
After he was done with work, he decided to pay a visit to one of his friends, Ashraf.
He looked at the company's address for the last time as he entered his car and drove away.
He spotted a safe place and parked the car and entered the company.
He finds it difficult looking for the office so he decides to check maybe he will find someone and ask him to direct him where the office is.
He looked at the paper that was given to him for the last time not looking up not until he bumped into a soft body.
He immediately looked up to apologize, that was when he realized the person he bumped into was a girl.
Before the girl made contact with the floor, he held her making her stand firm on her feet.
"Hey!.You okay?." He asked.
She just nodded not trusting her voice.
She is beautiful. He thought, as he got drawn by her hazel brown eyes, small shapely figure and her blossom sugary sweet lips.
He didn't finish checking her out when she interrupts his chain of thought.
"Hey!." She called.
"What are you staring at?." She inquired.
"Erm...erm...erm...." He stammered scratching the back of his head not knowing what to say.
"You know what?, just forget it." She said and was about to go when he stopped her.
"If you don't mind, can you please show me where I can find this office?." He asked politely.
She collected the paper and checked it. Luckily for him, it was her brother's office, so she direct him to where the office is sited.
After the description was well settled within him, he decided to ask for her name because he just can't let this beautiful girl go like that without having her phone number or knowing her name.
So he asked her but the look she gave him made him to keep quite without asking her again.
"Hmmm you don't have to tell me and by the way I'm Faruk." He said to her.
She gave him one last glance and left the place while he just smiled and was amused by her behaviour.
'We shall meet again pretty soon.' His subconscious said. 'As if there is another time'. He said to himself and left the place smiling like a mad man.
At the office Ashraf and Faruk discussed about many things.
How life has treated them after they were separated and many more.
Ashraf informed his friend about the love he has for Aisha, the girl he met twice in his life and couldn't find her, not knowing that he was talking to her brother while on the other hand when Ashraf ask Faruk about his girlfriend also he just smiled remembering his encounter with the "mysterious girl" and they call it a day.
