"Mommy?"
I roll over, and my eyes open just a bit, not adjusting to the sunlight just quite.
"Mommy?" The voice asks again, just a little louder. The voice seems to have black pigtails, and green eyes.
"Hm?" I ask, not ready to open my mouth yet.
"Mommy?" She crawls on top of me, her small chubby hands landing themselves on my cheeks.
"Yes, baby?" I finally ask, opening my eyes fully.
"I had a dream!" She exclaims, missing a few words in her sentence.
"What was it about?" I ask, pushing the hair out of her face.
"Me and Isaac getting married." She giggled at her dream, and Lorenzo rolls over.
His arms making there way around our daughters waist, and pulling her in his lap. She lays on his chest on her stomach, and hides her head in his neck. He then proceeds to pull me in too, and I stifle a giggle.
"Why is my little girl talking about boys?" His deep morning voice, hugging us into him more.
"I married now, dada!" Her voice coming out muffled. He freezes and takes her out of his neck.
"You're what?" He deadpans, looking her dead in the eyes.
"Oh, she's a kid, leave her alone." I laugh, pushing the hair on her face behind her ear.
"Okay, okay." He smiles, kissing the top of my head.
"Who's the boy, baby?" Lor hesitantly asks, stroking our daughters soft cheek with his knuckles.
"Isaac, he gave me ring pop." She giggles, her deep dimples showing through.
She got my hair, my Mom's eyes, and definitely my smile. Everything else is Lorenzo's.
We didn't know what to exactly name our daughter so we decided to go with something powerful and adorable at the same time.

I don't even know where it came from, I just woke up one day and told Lorenzo, and of course, he was on board.
We decided with Isabelle because my middle name is also Isabelle, so why not?
