SEVEN'S POV
I woke up to the sound of insects scurrying across the floorboards. This place was seriously run-down, but with a bit of work, it could really become something habitable. By now it had been a bit over 24 hours since I had eaten. I hope El has found something to eat and something fun to keep herself busy...
As I get up off the couch, I notice a small, blue hair-tie on the ground. It was plaited, and in truth, it was really quite pretty. As I was putting it on my wrist I noticed that it wasn't as dusty as everything else in the cabin.
In fact, it wasn't dusty at all... well except for the bottom where it had been resting on the floor. This indicated that someone had been here recently, therefore meaning that if El and I did decide to stay here and clean things up a bit, and that person came by, they would most likely notice things a bit tidier than usual.
I decided it probably wasn't safe to stay here, no matter how much I didn't want to admit it. I had really enjoyed the past 10 hours I had stayed here, even if I was asleep for most of the time. I folded up all the blankets I used and put them back into the box I got them from.
Then, I moved the boxes and stacked them how they were before I arrived. I thought about putting the hair tie back, but I decided to keep it, as a kind of... souvenir. I mean it's just a hair-tie, right? Nobody would notice it's gone.
After making it look almost as if nobody had been there in the first place, I left the little cabin feeling refreshed. It was probably going to take a while to find El, it would almost certainly be dark by the time I did, seeing as the sun was already setting.
