I finally did it. I finally asked roman out. I'm sick of just being his little fuck buddy. I want him to be mine. actually mine. he deserves more than just being able to screw me. but I will say, him taking control tonight was amazing. I've never enjoyed myself more. roman knows exactly where to touch me, and exactly how it will make me feel. no matter how much I enjoyed that, there is no way in hell that I'm letting him say that way. I want to see the pleasured pain in his eyes when I'm fucking him.

roman and I talk for a little bit longer before he gets a text. it's from his father.

"my father just texted me," he says in an unsettling voice.

"what did he say?" I question.

"he said he's going to be here in ten minutes." his eyes shoot up at me.

oh shit. we both need to shower and get ready. there is no way we are going to be ready in time for when his parent gets here. I'm starting to panic. they are going to suspect us.

"oh shit, okay umm you go shower and ill shower in the other room--" before I could even finish roman is already grabbing his towel and running into the bathroom.

I get up and grab my towel. I run into the guest room and turn on the water. as I walk past the mirror I catch my body. I see all the markings roman had left. this makes me crave roman. my mind goes back to when we were in his bedroom. I snap out of it and run into the shower. I wash very quickly so I can look presentable for the king. I'm washing off Romans' touch. That's all I keep thinking. it infuriates me.

when I step out of the shower I wrap the towel around my waist. I walk back into my bedroom. the door was shut so I slowly opened it. as I open the door I see roman naked. he was reaching for his underwear. his face goes red. I do feel bad but I also needed to think of something to say to make this less awkward.

"you're acting like this is the first time I've seen you naked" I joke.

this makes roman laugh as he puts his underwear on. I drop my towel and look over at roman. his eyes started at mine and he worked his way down. he was practically drooling.

"We have a long day ahead of us, we need to control ourselves." I walk up behind him and grab his shoulders.

he takes a deep breath in.

"But tonight is a whole other story" i whisper in his ear.

i feel his whole body tense. i start tracing my hands down his arms.

as I say do this, I hear a maid shout from outside.

"the king is here kade. wheres roman?"

"he's in his room. don't bug him. let the king know we'll be down in a second" I say panicking

I quickly rush away from roman and start dressing.

"tonight, ten o'clock, be ready, we're going out," I say before leaving the room.

I finish tying my tie as I'm walking down the stairs. I hear the king and queen talking and I take a deep breath before walking into the main hall.

"good morning your majesties," I say nodding my head.

"good morning Kade," Charles says.

"How are you doing from last night? I know that must of been hard." Gwen asks warmly.

"I did what had to be done. now we can start planning on bigger things, without being stopped." I say looking at Charles

Charles nods his head. where the fuck is roman. this is awkward as hell. I know ill be working with them but still. I start panicking because I know we are all still standing here waiting for roman.

"I can go get roman if you wish." I offer. I didn't even think before speaking. it just came out.

"Yeah, why don't you go do that, that's a good idea, well just go in the kitchen, ill start breakfast," Gwen says with a smile.

"Yeah, I'll go get him. are you sure? I have many people who can do that." I offer. the queen shouldn't have to make breakfast.

"oh please, I would be happy to!" she gleams.

"thank you I can't wait" I force a smile.

I quickly run to the stairs. I sprint up them and barge into my room and see the bathroom door open. there's Roman fixing his hair.

"what the hell is taking you so long, your parents are waiting for you, and it's stupidly awkward just standing there with them like that." I snap.

"I'm sorry I was- god it's so stupid forget it." he shakes his head.

I take a deep breath.

"Okay, no I'm sorry, tell me I want to hear," I say in a nicer tone.

"no, you're just going to laugh and make me feel bad." he buries his head in his hands.

"roman, I promise I won't, whatever it is it can't be that bad." I insist.

"I was trying to look nice... for you..." he says slowly.

this melts my heart. I've never felt like this before. he's trying to impress me and it's adorable. what I wrong with me why am I flattered by this?

it takes me a minute to respond to him. I just stare at him. his face is bright red. I walk up to him and grab his face. I look into his eyes and smash my lips into his. his hands find my waist and we kiss for a hot second. I pull away still holding his face and look back into his eyes.

"you don't need to try to look nice for me roman. no matter how you look, I will love it. just come downstairs and let's eat more breakfast." a small smile appears on my face.

roman is still blushing but he also starts to smile. I give him a shorter kiss and grab his hand. I pull him out of my room and towards the stairs. we let go of hands and walk down. we slowly walk into the kitchen and see the king and queen. the king is sitting at the kitchen island and the queen is making some sort of batter. I take a glance at roman.

he was trying to look nice for me.
