"Thank you for being so much better than I could have imagined."

"Thank you for being here, for trusting me."

"Yoongi," she whispered. "Stay with me tonight, please."

"Oh, Hee, of course. I am your husband now, and you couldn't get me to leave if you tried."

Days went by, and more and more people lost their heads. Hee saw why people thought he was mad. When he was swinging his sword and covered in blood, he honestly did look mad. But he'd never hurt an innocent person. He wasn't like that. These men had done something; she didn't know what. She wasn't even sure if he knew exactly what they had done, but they were guilty of something.

"My Queen, are you sure you want to stay here? You don't have to be present for executions."

Hee turned her head to look at Jungkook. "If my husband has to endure it, then the least I can do is be here to support him."

"You support the Mad King murdering people?"

She reached her hand out to smack Jungkook lightly. "He's not mad, JK; he never was. I know you don't understand it, but he does everything for a reason."

"If you say so," he mumbled. "We leave in a few days to get your brothers. Hopefully, they don't fight us on it."

Hee grinned at him, "Tell Jinnie, Joonie, and Tae Tae that if they don't get to the palace before I find out I'm pregnant, then I will never speak to them again."

His head cocked to the side, his little bunny teeth biting his bottom lip. "I'm supposed to tell the men we stole you from that?"

"If you want them to come willingly, then yes," she told him without looking at him any longer.

The King was pacing back and forth in their chambers, muttering. "Yoongi, come lay down, please."

"I can't Hee; they are getting bolder." He whipped around and looked at her. "I found a building. It was full of girls, from toddlers to maiden age. They were underfed, dirty, and scared."

She whipped around, "You found girls alive?"

"I did, more than a dozen."

"But how my father told me that most girls don't live past a year if they are even born alive at all? He's been searching for years for more women, but he always ran into dead ends."

He slumped onto their blankets, "it's what I've been told as well. But I started getting suspicious even before my father passed away. I think he discovered their secret, and they killed him for it. But then I came along, and heads started rolling." He chuckled darkly, "I'm not sure who is behind it; I just keep finding their lackeys."

"Well, the amount of people that have had their heads removed. It must have them at least a little scared."

"Hee, what I'm asking of you will be difficult. But I hope you can trust me enough to know this is almost desperately needed."

She reached out to hold his large hands in her small ones, "what do you need of me?"

"It's not you I need exactly; it's your brothers. Are they what you could call warriors? Can they hold their own in a fight, be stealthy, and sneak around? Can they charm their way into people's lives and discover their secrets?"

"Namjoon can fight; he's the one who trained me to use a bow and a sword. Taehyung is a literal sneak and can and will sneak anywhere just because he's bored. Now Seokjin, he can charm anyone and get them to give him their firstborn if he wants."

That seemed to please the King greatly; he smiled as he pulled Hee against his chest, his hand petting her long, dark hair. "If they agree to help me, if they can help me fix this, I will reward them greatly."
