The five sat around the table, waiting for the three guards to arrive. Hee had insisted that they all eat together. It was pointless to argue when Hee always forced Jungkook to eat once they were done anyway. Taehyung was on board, giving him time to flirt shamelessly with Hobi. "Are you single?"
"No, I'm married and have three children. Now leave me alone."
Yoongi snorted so loud, and bless him; he tried to cover it up with a cough. "Lies, Hee is probably the first girl you've seen that was even close to your age. You are probably a virgin."
"I am NOT," Hobi yelled before he choked on his rice a bit. "I've had lots of sex before, thank you very much."
Taehyung was grinning, his chin resting on his fist, "oh really? And where did you meet said woman?" He shot up, "Oh my God, you went to a brothel? You could have had this fine ass, and you went to a disgusting brothel."
"Can we not talk about this at the dinner table and in front of my wife, your sister, and Queen, please?"
"Fine," he sighed. He winked at Hobi, "but this isn't over."
"Tomorrow, all of the heads of the families will be meeting with me and Hee. Afterward, they will go into town and spend time at the Tavern, drinking and being entertained."
"Gag, whores," Taehyung mumbled before getting an elbow in the ribs from Hobi.
"I want you to present yourself as the head of your family, Seokjin." He tossed him a bag of gold coins. "Use this to buy your way in, get them drunk, and charm the pants off of them."
"Yah, he's the only one that swings that way," Seokjin yelled as he pointed toward Taehyung.
"Guilty, but I'm saving myself for this stud." He looked at Hobi with heart eyes while Hobi did his best to avoid eye contact.
"I didn't mean literally, get in their good graces. Get them to trust you. But it would be best if you did not let anyone know you are related to the Queen. They will automatically be on guard if they find that out."
Namjoon sighed. This was so much more than they were bargaining for. "I'll go with him, just in case. Tae will have to stay here, there's no way he'll be able to control himself or his mouth." He looked at his youngest brother, "Sorry, but you know it's true."
"It is, but I could keep watch. Listen to others around them, see what they think of them."
Jimin was watching the exchange between his King and the Queen's brothers; it was interesting, to say the least. This Taehyung character was amusing. He's never met another like himself other than Jungkook. But even then, neither of them was as out and open about it. Taehyung didn't seem to care who knew that he liked boys. It was refreshing. "I'll accompany Taehyung and make sure he stays on task."
"Thank you, Jimin. That is much appreciated. Now, enough work talk; let's eat, shall we?" The King issued an order, and they all followed.
The next day, after the meeting with the King, the heads of the families went to the Tavern just like Yoongi said they would. There was more than one Kim line since there were so many Kims in the country. Seokjin presented himself and his younger brother with a bag of money. "Let me buy the drinks tonight. We are new here. We previously resided in China but were born here. We came back home after our father's death."
All the men there were well into their 50s, some more than double Seokjin's age. They were skeptical; it was a given. But this was what Jin did; he charmed people into liking him. His bright smile and terrible jokes soon had everyone smiling back at him. The alcohol flowing certainly helped.
