"We could get in a lot of trouble for doing an unauthorized mission." Sasha insists.

"Not only that. We won't have any back up nor extraction team ready for us." Will adds.

"It's not like Agent Carville was grabbing our hand like little kids while we were in the Vineyard or in Port of Le Havre." Kiara refutes. "All we have to do is get inside the museum, find the door that connects both sides, and if the lab is there take pictures and get out. We then inform Carville. He secures the lab and we come back to the Resort. If the door leads to nowhere, then we come back as if nothing happened."

"If there is a lab at the museum, they will be on guard after Le Havre." Will says.

"They don't know that we know where the lab is" Kiara says. "We have the element of surprise at our side, and we'll be extra careful."

"We don't have gadgets." Will argues, but he can see he is losing the battle. "If security catch us, we'll be in big trouble."

"That's if we get caught," Kiara says. "We'll be extra careful and if not, we were trained to manage those type of situations."

"I have my bracelet" Sasha points out, surprising Kiara. "Gadgets don't define our abilities. They are just tools."

"So, you're in?"

Sasha nods and gives Will a meaningful look that Kiara doesn't understand. Kiara thought Sasha of all people would need more convincing. She is not excited to still be working with her, but Sasha has more experience than her. She also expected one of Sasha's thinly vailed negative comments, but it doesn't come.

Kiara looks at Will, waiting for his decision.

"You two are going with or without me?" Will finally sighs after a long pause.

They nod enthusiastically.

"Fine. Let's sneak off and take the bus to the museum."

Kiara claps with excitement and Sasha smiles. Will grabs a backpack and stuffs his computer and some other electronics inside. They make quick stops in Sasha's and Kiara's room for them to pick up some things.

They head to the resorts exit but they must cover up a lot of ground before being able to leave the area. As soon as they're on the main road where they know they won't be spotted by anyone from the class trip, they move as fast as they can. Luckily, it has a lot of covers from the trees. The stick to them and manage to take a shorter route than the main street.

Once outside Fleur-de-Lis Resort, they wait for the first bus. They must transfer to another bus and this one leaves them a few blocks from Berte's Museum. They walk the rest of the way.

"The blueprints show that there is a door on the second floor that leads to the area where the lab is supposed to be." Kiara reviews what they know as they stop on the other side of the street, in front of the museum.

"Yes, but there's also one on the first floor roughly in the same position." Sasha adds. "How do we know which one leads to it. It's not like we can risk searching one floor and then the other. Someone could see us."

"We don't have an option. We should start on the second floor." Will intervenes. "It shouldn't be as crowded as the first one."

"We'll need the access code or the key to get through that door, once we've located it." Kiara adds.

"If it is a code, I can open it." Will says. "If it is a key card, we'll have to take it from one of the staff members. Preferably one whose coming out of that door. We don't know if all the employees have access to that part."

With the plan set into motion, they cross the street and enter the museum at different times. Kiara moves in first. Once inside, she grabs a brochure with the map of the museum and makes her way to the second floor. She stops occasionally to contemplate some paintings and then moves on until she finally arrives to the second floor.

She fake studies the map while from the corner of her eye she spots the door and takes note of the security details. There's a camera at the entrance of the section but no guard in it. The door opens with a key card. She moves to the first exhibit as Sasha passes by her side and continues to the next section.

Kiara moves to the next piece of art, taking more time to "study" it. She must buy herself more time. They don't know how long it will be before someone exits from that door. For all they know, they could be there until closing time.

And so, she does the same routine repeatedly for the next hour. Contemplating each piece of art for different amounts of time before passing to the next one. In the meantime, Will finally appears and stays a few minutes in Kiara's section before moving on.

Kiara moves to the next piece, wanting something to happen. The waiting is starting to get on her nerves, but she tries to fight it down. She can't show neither signs of nervousness nor restlessness, or it will draw attention. Instead, she focuses on the sign that describes the painting.

That's when she feels someone besides her, also contemplating the art. However, he is blocking her view of the door. He looks to be in his early twenties, not bad looking with his black hair and sharp factions. He isn't very tall either.

She takes a step back, seemingly to have another perspective of the painting. It is really to have a clear view of the door again. Coincidently, he does the same without noticing. Kiara inwardly groans in frustration.

She waits in place a few seconds more to not seem so obvious. She notices he has a small notebook where he sketches some of the elements in the paintings along with notations. Then, she moves to the painting in the other wall, and continues her surveillance. Luckily, the guy continues with the paintings in the other wall and doesn't block her vision anymore.
