Woohoo for me since I am keeping up with actually writing a story.

I told ya there would be some puns, or at least some rhyming(just look at the title).

This part may have some drama, or at least I'll try to put some drama in. So yeah uhh enjoy!

Monday afternoon after school
(Makoto's pov)

I was anxious all day. I just couldn't wait for a reply to come from Sousuke. And maybe it was showing because Haru, who is usually quite the stoic one, was acting concerned for me.

"Are you all right Makoto? You seem a little out of it. Is anything bothering you? If it is, you can tell me." Haru suddenly blurted out on our walk home. Though I don't know if I should tell him. What if he thinks it's gross for me to like the same gender? Then again, me and Haru are always there for each other. So I'm sure it would be ok to tell him.

We get to my house, so I invite him in. While we're chilling in my room, I tell him.

"Haru, I'm sorry that I was worrying you. But you are right, there is something on my mind. Before I tell you it, just promise to me that you won't freak out or think different of me or anything, ok?" I told him with a serious face. He continued to stare at me blankly for a while before saying, "Makoto, I'm your best friend. Even if you murdered someone, I would still be at your side to help you." With a sympathetic yet playful smirk. Well I didn't murder anyone, but it's the thought that counts, right?

"Don't worry, I didn't murder anyone. I have something else on my mind. Or more specific, I have someone else on my mind." I smirked back. To this Haru wiggled his eyebrows in a funny matter and told me to tell him all about it. I continued on, telling him that I was in fact in love with a guy and not a girl.

To my surprise, Haru took it pretty well. He even joked around a bit. "This guy you're in love with, it's not me is it? Sorry pal, but I'm taken and I'm straight. But I could still be your wingman." Haru said, nudging me playfully. "No Haru, it's not you. But it is someone we both know. So I'll give you a hint: you and him pretty much never talk to each other." I hinted to him.

Haru stared at me hard for a bit, then his eyes lit up, "Oh I got it! It's that Yamazaki dude isn't it?" He guessed.

"Ding ding ding we have a winner." I told him. "But why would you like him? He just doesn't seem like your type to me. Plus I also was thinking that you liked Kisumi for a while." Haru asked.

"I don't know why I like him, I just do. You know you can't always choose who you fall in love with. It just happens, ya know? And to be honest, Kisumi's pretty annoying and everyone knows he's quite the ladies man." I answered him. Haru just nodded to that and asked me what I was going to do about Sousuke.

"I wrote him a love letter." I said.

"You wrote him a love letter!? What if Rin found out? You do know they stay in the same dorm, right?" Haru quietly shouted at me. Of course I knew writing a letter was risky, but it felt right at the time.

"It's ok Haru, I didn't put anything bad in it. And I know that they share a dorm, so I put the return address in the letter if he ever responds to it. And all I said was that I have feelings for him and wondered if he felt the same way. And if he doesn't, I just told him to pretend that the letter never happened. Sousuke seems like a man of his word, right?" I told him.

"As much as I dislike him, he does seem like a good guy. So I don't think we have to really worry." Haru agreed with me.

Then all of a sudden my door opened, and a bouncy Ran came in.
