Thank you again for all the reads, votes and comments. It's been a pretty cool (and validating) experience to have all this input. I'll probably write a blog post on some of the things I've learned and observed since the featured status kicked in.
Updates
I am going to use this "chapter" to post any updates concerning this story, including said blog, the status of the rewrite, etc.
The first thing I have planned is to add some of the Daxish poetry in the story to the end of this book as an appendix. Only a few verses were actually used, and I was trying to figure out how I wanted to publish the full poems. A seperate Wattpad book seems like a bit much (and I'm lazy when it comes to covers) so an appendix feels like a good idea.
Concerning the rewrite, I thought it might be interesting to share the beta-reader feedback and "lessons learned" to demonstrate how a second draft gets rewritten into a third. Not sure if I'd stick that onto the end of this as well, or actually do a seperate book or forum thread for it. Let me know what you think!
