Bound To You- [R.C]

✧*̥˚Chapter 43*̥˚✧

WE'RE ALL SAT AROUND the dining room table watching Ward's 'suicide video' to us. Rafe's pacing back and forwards while Wheezie sobs.
Even Sarah's here.
I stand up and walk over to Rafe wrapping my arms around his waist, as he kisses the top of my head.

Once the video is finished Sarah grabs her stuff and practically runs out the door, me and Rafe trying to catch up with her.
"Sarah please don't leave." Rafe shouts, running up to her.
"Please sarah!" I shout.
"Get off of me Rafe!" Sarah screams pushing him away from her.
"You heard the recording Sarah, dad says we need to stay together as a family." He says with tears welling up in his eyes.
Sarah gets back onto her bike about to ride off.
"I'm sorry" Rafe says walking back into the house. I follow him, smiling weakly at Sarah hoping she took any of that in.

Me and Rafe spend the next couple hours watching tv when all of a sudden Rafe gets a message and he shoots out of bed, walking out with no explanation. I assume he's just going to get food or something so I don't go after him but I hear Rose shouting and decide to walk downstairs.

I'm peaking in through the door as they talk about something about the gold. I watch as Rafe starts pacing back and forwards before I hear him scream and punch the wall. I step back from where I'm stood accidentally knocking over a vase on my way.
"Shit" I say on instinct trying to pick it up as quietly as I can.

"Eve?" I turn around to see Rafe stood in front of me.
"Sorry, I'm so clumsy." I smile weakly at him, shrugging my shoulders.
"Are you fucking spying on me?" He shouts, his eyebrows furrow.
"No I wasn't I just heard shouting and I wanted to make sure you were okay." I stutter, wondering why I find myself listening in on his conversation again.
"Don't lie to me Eve, you were spying on me weren't you. Do you not trust me?" He shouts.
"No Rafe I wasn't I promise I do trust you." I say backing away from him. I feel his grip on my wrist as he pins me against the wall.
"What the fuck did you see Eve?" He whispers.
"You punch a wall. something about gold. wasn't paying attention, Literally just wanted to see if you were okay. Now get off of me you asshole!" I scream at him trying to push him away.

His grip loosens letting me break away from him and I run straight upstairs to my room locking the door.

"Eve, baby, I'm sorry please just let me in." I hear Rafe's shouting through the door.
I slip down against the door resting my head on it, trying to fight the urge to open the door. "Go away Rafe." I cry.
"Princess I'm so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you, I was all worked up." He says his voice cracking.

I stand up opening the door slightly and seeing
Rafe sat down against the door just like I was. I pull the door backwards so his whole body falls back.
"Payback bitch." I snarl at him, leaning over.
"Oh you're gonna regret that." He laughs, getting to his feet.
He scoops me up chucking me over his shoulder as I kick him trying to break free full of laughter.

He puts me down on his mattress, leaning over me as he tucks a piece of hair behind my ear. I place my hands around the back of his neck, kissing him gently before I use all of my strength to push him off of me and flip him round on the mattress.
"That hurt, you idiot." Rafe shouts as I pull off the hoodie I'm wearing. His eyes widen.
I unbuckle his jeans, pulling him upwards by his collar. He rolls his eyes back as I force him into submission.
