More: Isabel Fuentes Delgado, was abducted at the age of one, after Hydra soldiers were sent to kill her parents, *CLASSIFIED*, who were rogue Hydra scientists who escaped and took refuge in a small island in the Caribbean, called Puerto Rico. With the abduction of Isabel, Hydra started their youth program, a program that would train kids at a very young age how to be spys. The program was soon shut down due to the failure of 99% of the trainees who at such a young age could not wistand the intense training the program did. All except Isabel failed the training. Showing tremendous promise in spycraft, Isabel was continued trained by one of Hydra's best soldier, *CLASSIFIED*. Besides her talent in spycraft, Isabel Fuentes showed an above average intellectual capacity. She is able to memorize everything she sees, hears, or reads. When she was 6 Hydra got in possession of a weapon they had lost a long time ago: the tesseract. Although the time with the tesseract was limited, Hydra scientists were still able to run tests with it. Their mission was to creative enhance humans, but all the test subjects were failing. The scientists came to a conclusion that a younger test subject would serve better. So the experiments continued with agent 319. No visible changes were made and no sign of any enhanced abilities was shown, but Isabel's cells were rewritten on a molecular level and for some reason, she was able to survive the experimentations. At the age of 7 Hydra lost the tesseract again, therefore terminating the experiment process with Isabel and instead starting to send her on mission as an undercover spy, collecting information and data needed from her employer, with an almost perfect track record.
