William was bombarding me with questions while helping me clean the bruise with a small bowl full of Alcohol and a rag.

"Why'd you leave?" He asked. His soft, straight, messy, brown hair falling on his face.

"I'm not ready to become a wife." I told him.
He looked into my eyes.

"Vonnie..." I waited for his answer.

"Why don't you talk to father about this. Why don't you agree to going to finishing school. Tell him you don't want to get married right after."

"He wouldn't listen."

"It's ur life isn't it. You can get married whenever you feel ready. Talk to him about it"

He was right. This is why I need William.

"Okay" I nodded. He continued to clean my bruise.

"How'd you get this cut?"

"Well you see I jumped off a train and rolled down a hill. I believe that I on my way down a rock or a sharp object cut through my skin."

"If you would've waited more. This would definitely be terribly infected." He analyzed my cut.

"Moving on..." I laughed. The way he changed the subject was always funny to me.

"How was it?"

"How was what?" I asked trying to sound clueless.

"You know finally going out and seeing more than just the area of land that surrounds the manor."

"It was wonderful! There is so much out there to explore. Its a beautiful world we live in"

"Meet anyone on the way?" He asked.

I knew where he was going. Father must've told them about Tewksbury or Enola.

"Like whom exactly?"

"I dunno a certain boy..."

Yup. He knew about Viscount "How'd you know?"

"Inspectord Lestrade told father about Miss Holmes and a boy. That were traveling with you."

"Yeah that's right" I confirmed. He looked at me waiting for me to talk about Tewksbury. "Im not going to talk about him with you" I said falling backwards on my bed.

"Oh come on! Why not?"

"Because you are my older brother. It's weird."

"Not really."

"You are just nosy" i kicked him softly.
He looked down and smiled.

"Yeah whatever." He stood up and walked towards the door. "Night Vonnie."

"Night."

"Talk to father about it okay."

"Okay." He closed the door gently behind him.

"Father, Mother?" They looked at me.

"Yes?" Asked Mother a soft tone in her voice.
