June 2002

She walked through the living room and sat down on the sofa. She sat back, exhaling deeply. She looked around the room and smiled. Seeing their pictures on the walls, different possessions lying around the room that let visitors know whose house it was.

The doorbell rang, pulling Hanna out of her thoughts. She had no desire to be seen today, nothing made her want to leave. But Hanna stood up, walking toward the door. She looked at her phone, keys, and Jax's gun sitting on the table by the front door. She grabbed the gun and held it tightly, making sure to keep it hidden from the person at her boyfriend's house. She unlocked the door and pulled it open.

It was her big brother. "Hey Ope, what's up?" Ever since he jacked her up, even leaving a bruise on her arm the day before yesterday, she had been trying to avoid him at all costs. She didn't want to face him, she didn't want to hear his shit.

"Hey Han, can we talk?" Opie looked past his baby sister toward the sofa. "Come on, Hanna. It'll be brief, I promise." His attention was on her again. Hanna looked away from her brother for a while before shaking her head.

"No, that's ok, Ope. You said enough the other day. I'm not up for the conversation right now, anyway." She moved to close the door when she heard the roar of a single motorcycle. She looked past Opie and at the road. When the motorcycle came into view, she saw Jax's blonde hair blowing through the wind. "You better go. He's not exactly over that shit either."

Opie propped himself against the wall and watched Jax pull into the driveway. He looked at his sister and watched her demeanor change. He couldn't help but smile at how happy she got when Jax started walking toward her.

He leaned up, off the wall and walked toward his best friend. "Hey brother!" Opie stood in front of Jax.

Jax nodded his head at him and hugged him. Releasing his grip, Jax walked up to Hanna with  a smile. Wrapping his arms around her tiny waist, he lifted her off the ground and spun her around a little. Opie heard Hanna's giggles and gave the couple a half-hearted smile. He wanted her to be happy. He didn't care about anything else but his baby sister's happiness.

"I'm gonna go, brotha... I'll see you later on tonight, right?" Opie started walking toward his bike as Jax set Hanna back on the ground. Opie looked back at his best friend with a curious look on his face.

Jax nodded his head, "Yeah, man, going to Nevada Hills." Jax casted a quick glance at Hanna, looking for a reaction.

"Nevada? Nuh-uh." Hanna spoke up before Opie could say anything.

"I'll see ya later, man." Opie got on his bike, turning over the ignition, driving off into the calm California day.

Hanna looked at her boyfriend, giving him a confused glare before walking into the house. She walked into the kitchen, toward the refrigerator. Opening it, she pulled out the cookie dough and walked over toward the stove.

Jax stood in the doorway, watching her. "What are you doing, babe?" He walked further into the kitchen and stood beside Hanna.

"I'm making cookies, what does it look like?" She shot at him, clearly annoyed with him.

Jax chuckled, earning himself a glare. "You don't bake, Hanna... you just buy them from the store."

She cut open the plastic paper, and pulled out a chunk of the raw cookie dough. "I bake." She put the cookie dough chunk in her mouth and walked back over to the fridge. "Why didn't you tell me about the run? Is that the same run that's going to keep you there for a few days?"

Jax nodded his head, stepping toward his girlfriend. "It's just three days, it won't be a week this time. I promise. We just need three days and then I'll be on my way back to you. Stop being mad at me, it's not that big of a deal, babe." He put his hands on her hips and turned her around to face him.

Hanna kept her arms by her side, having no intention of giving in to him or his touch. "It's three days that you didn't tell me about. Three days that you won't be here. I can be mad if I want to." A smile danced across her lips, telling him she wasn't really mad.

"Oh come on, darlin'. Three days. That's all, babe." Jax pulled her closer to him, wrapping his arms around her waist in the process.

He pressed his lips to her neck, trailing kisses up and down her neck. Making any type of effort to get her to give in to him. Hanna tilted her head a little, giving him more access to her neck.

Hanna walked toward the pool table, feeling all the eyes on her. It was normal, she was used to it. All the club members loved her, loved seeing her whereas all the sweetbutts and croweaters hated her. Hanna had the one thing that every one of them wanted, Jax Teller.

Jax looked up from the game he was playing with Happy and Tig when the room fell silent. He found the reason why. She was in a tight, black dress, black wedges and her hair was down. She had a little bit of make-up on and she was carrying a red leather jacket.

She was wearing a smile on her face, knowing exactly what she was doing. Every man in that room watched her walk toward the VP. Hanna's eyes never left Jax, scanning him. Until she felt a burning gaze on her body, it was him again. The one man that could trigger 10 different emotions inside of her in a matter of seconds. Her eyes quickly found the black orbs that were burning through her soul, she smiled and then ripped her gaze away from him and landed back on Jax.

He was wearing a white t-shirt, his cut, white air force ones and a pair of dark jeans. He had a SAMCRO hat on, it was backwards. Hanna watched him scan her, looking at every part of her. He wrapped his arms around her as soon as she got close enough. His lips meeting hers, Jax felt her arms loop around his neck. He smiled against her lips and moved to pick her up. "Let's go to your room." Hanna whispered, with a smug smile on her face. She knew they were still being watched.

Jax pulled away from her as soon as she said that. He nodded his head and started walking to the back of the clubhouse, grinning from ear to ear. He got to his old dorm room and opened it with a kick. Kicking it closed when he got into the room, he felt Hanna kick off her wedges and started laughing.

"Shut up, asshole, this is fucking difficult." Her words earned another chuckle before she fell onto the bed. She looked up at Jax and started smiling.

"Works better if you take your clothes off, idiot." Jax laughed, shaking his head. He started to peel off his clothes, layer by layer. He watched his girl watch him, her eyes staying on his. She slowly stood and pulled her hair up a little, turning away from Jax.

He pulled the zipper of her dress down and watched the dress fall to the floor. Hanna stepped out of it and turned around to face Jax. Smiles were contagious between the couple as Hanna crashed her lips into his. Jax's hands immediately flew to the back of her upper thighs, picking her up. He laid her down on the bed, hovering over her as she trailed her hands through his blonde locks. Jax moved his hands up her thighs, scanning over her lingerie. He looped his thumb on the inside of the thong and started to tear the fabric. Hanna's gasps earned a chuckle from him as he tossed the fabric to the ground and slid his boxers off his hips.
