The leash

Jack was somewhere else. He sat up then got on his knees. He grabbed his hair hard with one hand, his other hand was clenched so hard, his fingers digging into his palm, His teeth were clenched so hard, his eyes stuck wide open and tears running from them. This was a similar stance to the one the characters Florya in the war film Come And See (1985) when he realized his parents died. Jack still felt the pain his body felt like it was on fire. But after a few minutes till his body realised it was no longer injured and the pain subsided. Jack was at the witches tea party. Echidna watched Jack in his destroyed state for a moment. Then she got off her chair and walked over to him. The look on her face was of annoyance as she walked up and laid her hand on Jack's head. Through magic Echidna fixed Jack's very broken mind. Though no magic in the world could prevent this traumatising event from haunting Jack in the future. [Echidna: Get up I need to talk to you] Echidna sat Jack down at the table. [Echidna: Now I need to tell you the real purpose behind this mission] [Jack: So you didn't do it so you could fuck Subaru] Echidna rolled her eyes. [Echidna: No, I did it to maintain control over you] [Jack: Huh? How?] [Echidna: In that situation, I intended you to get attached to Emilia which I knew was nearly certain to happen. I also wanted you to fuck Emilia but I left that up to you] [Jack: I don't understand what are you getting at?] [Echidna: If you disobey me I will kill Emilia and your child. Think of it as like a leash or in fact two leashes] [Jack: What!! My child? Leash?] [Echidna: Yes I even half elves are very fertile beings and is thus why there are rumors amongst young Elves that you can make a baby by kissing or what have you. If you would have as people from your world would say 'kept it in your pants' I would've had less control] Jack started to piece everything together. Then it all sank in. Jack felt so angry and confused. He felt a cold hole open up in his chest. It was the opposite of the abstinence of the warm feeling you feel when you talk or have a moment with someone you have a crush on. It was that happiness being torn away replaced with sorrow. [Jack: What the fuck Echidna!! Why?! What did I do to you] tears streamed down his eyes as he fell to his knees. [Jack: WHY CAN'T I DIE PERMANENTLY. I DON'T WANT TO EXIST. WHY DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD THING ONLY TO GET IT TORN AWAY FROM ME] He screamed those words as loud as he could. He put his forearm to the floor and raised his right. Then with all his might he punched his forearm. Then again and again. But then someone ran to him and nearly tackled him into a hug. The person's shoulder hit Jack in the lip busting it open but it healed instantly. A part of Jack wanted to beat up this figure, take out his anger and get revenge for interrupting his self harm. But a stronger part of him just wanted a hug. Thus he embraced this figure. The fabric of the person's clothing on their shoulder absorbed the tears. This person was definitely a female; her chest was like a cushion. [Woman: I know you want to give up right now. But people need you.] [Jack: But — every— everything I ever wanted was right there] Jack's tears streamed down harder as he let go of all the sorrow that he was hiding with anger and he embraced the woman harder. [women: I know. I know it's hard.] [Jack: Who are you? Thank you. I don't deserve this.] [Woman: My name is Minerva and I am the witch of wrath. I know you say that but I believe you do deserve this] [Jack: Yea fucking right! You're not a witch, you're an angel, an angel of mercy] [Minerva: you can call me what you wish. But I need to tell you this is not the only hardship you will go through and people are going to call you many things. But one thing I'd like to call you by is {Son of Law}] [Echidna: Exactly actually you need to go fight a skirmish so you are dismissed] echidna said while carefully observing the whole emotional spectacle. Minerva let go of Jack and the floor opened up under him.
Finally I'm done one of my first finished stories!! If you thought that whole story was good then you'll love the next part or I'm just going to call it Arc 3 then give it a title. 1.2 K reads and I'm just getting started that's amazing!! Thank you so much for reading especially reading to the end.
