The very next day, Beomgyu had apologized sincerely. He'd made such a big deal of apologizing that he'd showed up at our door and sat outside in a deep bow until the two of us left for classes.
He had explained that he was so bombarded by negative emotion that he made a rash decision. He couldn't fully explain his actions but he did assure me that he was more sorry than I could ever imagine and he knew that an apology was not something that could fix what he'd done.
He promised to take time for himself to truly think about what he felt and why he'd done what he did.
Taehyun and I skipped class that day and we just had a day for ourselves. That day we spent together going to get ice cream and just walking and talking to each other was one of the best days we'd spent together. It was the day where I'd truly realized that I was 100% ready to spend my life with him.
