Fulfilled

Sunwoo had survived, he was in the hospital, recovering from hitting the water at a high distance, especially with how dangerous the section of water was.

Chanhee waited every day in the waiting room, needing to see him.

There were rumours that he had gone into a coma.

He didn't have time for anyone else, his kind was filled with concerned worries for Sunwoo who was fighting for his life.

"He's awake, if you want to see him." A voice announced, and Chanhee was up in an instant, nodding his head.

He walked in slowly, the nurse had left him alone to walk into his room.

He stopped before the corner and sighed, calming himself down to not stress Sunwoo out.

He turned to see Sunwoo staring out of the window, his eyes blank as he gazed at the figure in front of him.

"Why the fuck ain't I dead?" He asked, tears failing to leave his eyes from lack of water.

"Because hell knows that I need you Sunwoo, so they kept you alive, so we can still be together." Chanhee cried.

He took Sunwoo's hands on his own and cried into them.

"I'm so sorry Sunwoo, I'm a shitty person and I regret everything that I did to hurt you. I love you so fucking much! I was so scared that you were dead!" Chanhee sobbed, feeling a hand run through his hair as he now cried into the rough sheets of the hospital bed.

"It's alright Chanhee, we're good. I love you too." Sunwoo smiled, feeling the ache in his heart disappear in an instant.

"Let's run away." Chanhee announced, lifting his head as he sniffled, wiping his tears away.

"How are we going to run away, Chanhee? We have nowhere to go." Sunwoo chuckled, not thinking that the other was serious.

"We'll go to America, so we can be together, without any homophobic comments being thrown at us everyday where the community is larger." Chanhee begged, sitting up on Sunwoo's bed, cuddling into the other's body.

"America is just as bad, Chanhee." Sunwoo announced, running a hand down the other's face.

"It's better than here though." He sniffed once more, tucking his head underneath the other's chin. "I don't want to lose you again." Chanhee added, stopping himself from crying once again.

"You didn't lose me in the first place, I will never stop loving you."
