It was almost lunch time and Beomgyu was trying his best to focus on another painting he just started. It was a picture of a young boy smiling behind a very big glass house.
It was familiar, the boy in the painting was familiar. So familiar that he was easily stroking it like he had mastered how the painting should be done but as he put a smile on the boys lips, he started doubting.
Should I put a smile on his face or should I not? Was I happy?
The questions lingered in his mind for about a minute but his hand unknowingly plastered a smile that completes the entire artwork. He sighed, took a step back and looked at the finished painting.
He let out a smile as he patted himself for finishing another artwork in a span of less than five hours. He then let out another sigh when he remembered as to why he had finished the art that easily.
He remembered he had to force himself to focus on it so that he will forget for a couple hours his lifelong problems.
He looked at his window, still covered with glass walls as he remembered her mom and her request. He would never deny to anyone that he's upset.
Upset because he waited only one thing in his lifetime and that is to experience pure love. Love like how his parents would sacrifice each other's time just so they can comfort one another. A love like his dad who sacrifices his dream of traveling just so he could always be at my mother's side. A love like my mom who made sure that dad never forgets to drink at least eight glasses of water everyday.
His childhood was stolen because of his disease, so as his freedom and he was hoping that maybe, maybe no one will deprived him from experiencing pure love despite his situation because he was willing to wait. He was willing to be at his own world inside their mansion as long as his parents are still there, as long as he doesn't feel alone at all but it seems like it isn't going as to what he had planned.
He had to make the decision today so he could not prolong stressing himself about this issue. He cannot let his parents wait that longer when he knew that his mom's days were now counted.
He looked up the ceiling trying to not let his tears fall because now is not the right time cry. He didn't wanna cry at all in this very early and lovely afternoon.
He was interrupted by the sound of his phone causing him to look for it immediately.
He opened a youtube video recommendation, a latest video from his favorite band and this excites him a lot. He made his way to his table and then opened up his computer and went directly to TomorrowXTogether's youtube channel.
The video last almost eleven minutes showing some behind the scenes of the group's previous activities and this was the happiest moment he had today so far. Being able to see the members laughing, playing with each other and of course seeing his Taehyun.
He giggled imagining how Taehyun's laugh sounded so beatiful to his ears, now we don't wanna talk about how his voice sounded when he sings because Beomgyu would never stop talking about it.
I wish I had friends like that too. He thought after exiting the page. It's not that Beomgyu didn't have friends, he had of course he was home schooled but he wasn't anti-social. Despite being locked inside his home since like he was a baby, he was very much confident to talk to people.
Earning a proud thumbs up from his parents. His parents again, he wouldn't last a day without talking an experience without his parents not involving because every single step he made and progress no one was there aside from his parents.
They weren't just his parents, they were his friends as well and buddies who supports him with everything even in his fancying on a boy group.
He didn't wanna disappoint his parents at all. He won't be able to paint right now without them, he won't even meet Taehyun without their undying love and sacrifices.
