Chapter 4

Youngjae, TxT's manager just got out from their CEO's office with papers in his hand. He let out a sigh remembering what they have talked about and how he would explain it to Taehyun without him getting freaked out.

He had received the information that there was in need of Taehyun's— to not make it sound a little bit weird, seeds. Although he wasn't really shocked about this because he had heard other artist being offered the same earlier and their company even had one artist. Kim Namjoon, from the very famous BTS boy band.

But he didn't expect that his group had received another offer as well and what surprised him more is that it was the second youngest of the group, Kang Taehyun.

"Just try to make Taehyun understand the situation and be careful with how you explain it Jae." Said by Bang Si-Hyuk, the CEO himself.

"You do know that Taehyun is very much stubborn and I'm almost a hundred percent sure that he won't take the deal sir." He replied as he tried to scan the papers once again which contains the further more information of the proposal.

"I know, of course. I know  Taehyun as much as you do but I just thought maybe we could help the family. They personally contacted me and let me just remind you that the offer is very much big. Taehyun's get it all by himself and it would probably be equivalent to his two years of paycheck." He explained once again and Youngjae wouldn't deny that the CEO is true.

The money Taehyun would get is big enough for him to at least file a leave for over a year and still won't be penniless.

"And he won't be having any contact with them after it unless he want to contact them himself." He added causing the other man to just nod and decided to take his leave.

The members aren't quite busy for the whole week since they just finished their concert and they were given at least a week to take a rest. Although they still have works to do, it isn't that much loaded.

He found himself outside their practice room where he could hear the members playing some games. He didn't manage to knock because he won't gonna deny it but he seems a little bit excited of the members reaction.

"Hey guys, I need to talk to Taehyun." He started out causing the members attention divert to him.

"Oh never mind. I think you guys also need to know about this but let's not talk here. Follow me, to the office." He continued before turning around not even minding the members confused face.

"You think you did something wrong?" Soobin asked Taehyun, kind of a bit nervous.

"No hyung, I can't remember any." Taehyun replied, sounding a bit worried himself.

"He seems serious though. I'm getting excited." Kai replied before chuckling which earned only an eye roll from the rest of the members.

The next few minutes was quiet as they took the path to their managers office, following him themselves. Upon entering, the four boys immediately made themselves comfortable with their manager seated on his respective table.

"Okay so, I received some interesting information from the CEO himself a while ago." He started out raising a white envelope that contains the contract which the member then looked at curiously.

"This is a proposal... to Taehyun." He continued. Taehyun raised a brow looking at his manager while the members kept the atmosphere silent.

"You see, there is this boy who's in need of Taehyun's help." Everyone in the room now turned serious.

"Her mom is suffering from an incurable eye disorder and has limited time. Now, he requested something from his son before she completely lost her vision which I think three or four years from now." Some of the members mood turned a bit sad hearing the situation.
