Chapter 34

Taehyun shook his head. No, he won't leave Beomgyu alone. Not when he isn't well, not again. No, he will never leave Beomgyu again.

He wants to be there the moment he woke up. He wants to take care of him, he wants to talk to Beomgyu even when his still in bed, he wanna still kiss Beomgyu, he wanted to be there. Couldn't people understand that? Couldn't they understand it?

"No, please Mrs. Choi. I'm coming with Beomgyu." He said determined not minding everyone's stares.

"Taehyun son, I know. I know you want to be with Beomgyu but... son, he won't be happy about this. He wanted you to continue performing and Beomgyu will be very upset if he finds out you took a break." Beomgyu's mother explained.

"But Mrs. Choi, my Beomgyu will understand that. He knows I'm worried about him and that I cannot function well knowing about his situation. Please, don't make this too hard for me." Taehyun pleaded and Beomgyu's mother couldn't help but pity the young man.

"Taehyun, we aren't sure when is Beomgyu gonna wake up." This time, it was Beomgyu's father who tried making him understand.

"That's the point Mr. Choi. I wanna be there for him always." Taehyun again replied hoping that everyone gets his side.

"Tae, my son knows how much you love him and maybe Beomgyu's listening right now but please you can't just leave your fans without giving them proper explanation. You were okay and your company was already helping you a lot." Beomgyu's father again explained causing Taehyun to look down almost sobbing.

"But you can't be doing this for long. You have to stay strong for Beomgyu, continue making music for him. He will wait Taehyun, always." The old man continued and Taehyun is now a crying mess.

Why are they doing this to me? Why are they taking Beomgyu away from me? Why can't they understand that I need him? Why can't they understand that Beomgyu keeps me going? That he's my life now. Taehyun wanted to ask them all of this.

Taehyun wanted to scream at them, wanted to rant and let out his frustration but he can't do that to Beomgyu's parents. He respect them like how he respects his own parents.

They are bringing Beomgyu to the states for his fast recovery. The operation was successful but Beomgyu's body isn't responding well. He's in coma right now and Taehyun doesn't know if he'll be relived about that. 

"Mrs. Choi, I c-cant. That's really hard to do." Taehyun sounded hurt. He was very hurt and Beomgyu's parents was close, almost giving in watching the poor young man.

"Son, this is also very hard but we all want what's best for Beomgyu right now. I know you're willing to give up even your career but it isn't what Beomgyu wanted. Taehyun, my son fell in love with your music." Beomgyu's mother tried to make him understand again and this time Taehyun felt like he cannot do anything about it.

It's Beomgyu's parents favor and who was he to disobeyed them, right? They could always take away Beomgyu and cut ties with him and he doesn't want that. He wanted to win their hearts as well and if this is their decision. Maybe, Beomgyu will also understand him.

"How about my Hyunie?" He asked softly. He doesn't wanna be away to Hyunie as well. Being away from Beomgyu will be too much and he doesn't want to leave his son alone especially that his dad will not gonna be with him.

"He'll be staying in the house, Taehyun. We are finding him a nanny and you can always come home to visit him anytime." Beomgyu's mother replied as he reached to pat Taehyun's shoulders.

"Please, let me know immediately when my Gyu is awake." He asked again and looked at them with his ever so gorgeous, sincere eyes.

"We will. You will be the first person we will call." Beomgyu's father then replied giving him an assured smile.
