I heard a shuffle of fabric just in front of me and the bed shifted slightly. My breath caught a whimper and immediately I felt the whisper of a hand against my cheek. His arms wrapped around me, pulling me against him where I nestled down with a contented sigh. I forgot how good he smelled, his scent wafting over me each time I breathed. He shifted slightly to nuzzle his face into my hair where I felt his cheeks lift in a grin.
"Good morning," he mumbled above me before gripping me even closer, his bicep flexing under my cheek. I sighed again, purring against his throat as I pressed my lips to the warm skin. My mouth followed the line of his pulse until I could trace the adamant line of his jaw to finally meet his own lips. Our kiss was gentle and slow in stark contrast to our earlier passion, lips brushing for a moment of pressure then parting on a breath only to slip together again. There was no rush.
Knock, knock, or not. I grumbled and immediately shifted to glare at the door. Takashi breathed a chuckle against my cheek before continuing his whispering kisses around my face. My glare softened, eyes slipping shut at the pleasant tickle of his lips.
Knock, knock, the glare was back but somehow managed to grow fiercer at the voice that followed. "Hannah-chan! Haaaaaaanah-chan! Are you coming down for breakfast?" I huffed an annoyed breath before meeting Takashi's amused gaze, making me raise an eyebrow. He pressed a firm kiss to my lips in response. Before I could blink, he was at the door, pulling it open enough to just see out.
"Good morning, Takashi. Will you both be coming down for breakfast?" Honey couldn't stop himself from giggling. I could see Takashi nod before he shut the door and turned back to grin at me.
"You are far too delicious this early in the morning." I grumbled but could already feel my own lips twitching into a matching grin.
"I was thinking the same thing." His low reply was almost a growl as he began to stalk towards me.
"Takashi, if we're going for breakfast, we don't have time for that." I warned, my grin growing as I pulled the cover up to my nose. He continued his predator walk, head now tilted to the side as he assessed the lump under the sheets that was me. "Takashi!" I whined, shifting up the bed in a feeble attempt of escape. He flashed his teeth and I wasn't sure if the lightning that shot down my spine was arousal or instinctive fear.
He leapt onto the bed, yanking the sheet away as I squealed in shock and delight. His hands rushed over my ribs and stomach, I twitched away from his quick touch. A bubble of laughter escaped me as I writhed under his torture.
"Taka – ah -stah – stop!" I sputtered between giggling fits and squeals. His movements paused. I gulped in a breath before Takashi pinned my arms down at my sides. "You win, you can claim your prize, after breakfast though."

I turned up the sleeve on my broken wrist, trying to flatten the fabric and attempt to make it neat. I had had to do this at least a dozen times now over the past six weeks but it still looked a bit messy. With one last glare at my uncooperative arm, I sped to the stairs leading down into the main foyer where I'd agreed to meet Takashi.
Of course, he was already there, handsome as ever in a navy button up and light blue jeans. His sharp face split in a grin as he caught sight of me and I watched in glee as his gaze travelled down my body in a slow caress. I cleared my throat with a grin and those stormy eyes shot back to mine where he stunned me with a wink. I felt my cheeks heat and my stomach flutter.
"Come on, flirt." I chuckled, skipping down the stairs before he could make me blush anymore. I felt his arm curl behind me, his large hand resting over my hip with just enough pressure to confirm its placement was intentional. I shot him a disapproving look, or an attempt at one at least, but made no objection as we stepped into the breakfast room. It was smaller than a lot of the other function rooms in the venue, but it looked out over a surprisingly vibrant garden for the time of year and was decorated delicately to let the guests enjoy the lovely view.
My eyes quickly found the happy couple, cuddled shyly at the head of the largest table in the room, and we made our way over to sit a little further down the table. I gave Takashi's hand a pat before stepping up to Mei and Ritsu, unsure whether he would want to come with me or not.
"Good morning, Mr and Mrs Kasanoda." I'd used their titles in English for emphasis, making Mei giggle and Ritsu blush slightly although he couldn't contain his proud grin. Mei lifted her arms to me and I immediately leant down to hold her close, swaying slightly.
"Thank you, for yesterday, and ..." Mei trailed off, her mumbled words broken by a shaky breath from her. I pulled back enough to catch her gaze and give her a big smile.
"You have nothing to thank me for. As long as you both enjoyed it, that's all I care about. It was a beautiful day." My voice was quiet as I wiped away a few of her stray tears with a napkin. She nodded, her lower lip trembling, before pulling me back into a fierce hold.
"Mei, I think you should probably eat more breakfast, you have the glorious excuse to eat for two now." I chuckled against her shoulder after my legs began to cramp from the awkward angle.
"Don't remind me, I'm going to be huge." She grumbled, finally releasing me from her death grip. I stood straight, just about to argue back when Ritsu beat me to it, "You'll be beautiful. You always are." Although he practically grumbled the words, he punctuated them with a demure kiss to the back of her hand. Mei's entire visible body flushed as she giggled and leaned into him, pressing a light peck to his lips.
Notwanting to interrupt, I started back to my seat with Takashi to see if he wasready to get food, only to find a bowl of fruit already set out for me next toa perfect cup of tea. I met his gaze, soft smile matching his, and I knew I'dnever felt love like this before.
