/Sophie is 5, Rose is 25, Felix is 27, Jack is 29/ (aka edd and Molly aren't born)

2021 AU as well, all placed in 2016+

Third person

Felix sat up from his bed, looking around. Jack no where to be found.

   The alcoholic got up, slipping on some Gray sweatpants, black T-shirt with a dark blue flannel.

   "Felix?? You awake love?" Jack yelled from downstairs and Felix quickly walked out of the room and ran down the stairs. "Hi baby!" Felix smiled brightly as he met Jack at the bottom of the stairs.

   Jack held out his arms as Felix jumped into them, wrapping his legs around jack. Jack held the other as he planted soft kisses on Felix's head. Felix blushed softly as jack put him down.

    "So- what's planned for today? We could go watch the new movie, or we could go out to eat, maybe rose can come along, oh! Maybe we can-"

    "lix, calm down" Jack laughed. Felix hated that nickname. People called him Fe or Lix, he didn't know why, as his name was short enough.

   "I-..okay."
   "Remember that fourwheeler? We got a couple weeks ago? I was thinking we could go for a ride..into the woods, down paths." Jack smiled softly as Felix tilted his head.

    "Jack, it recently rained and we live on a dirt road- I don't want to get muddy.." Felix hugged himself as jack rolled his eyes. "Felixxxx, it'll be funnn..please!!" Jack begged.

    "Hm..I'll think abo-"
    "Rose has one too. Her and Sophie can come."
    "SOPHIE!? Alright I'm in" Felix smiled.

  Sophie was still young, And Felix truly loved her like his own. Anytime felix and Jack went over to roses, all of Felix's time was spent with Sophie, Jack was a little jealous.

    Sophie was jacks and roses child, shes 5. But two years after she was born, Jack got with felix due to his quick realization that he was gay, he's happier with felix than he was with Rose, luckily Rose took it well.

     "Jeez felix- yes. I'll call them and they can come over." Jack smiled as he pulled out his IPhoneXR, going to his contacts and calling Rose.

    Rose showed up and was now sitting on the couch with Sophie on her lap.

    Felix was sitting on the floor infront of Rose playing with Sophie while Jack watched, leaning on the doorway with his arms crossed.

"Sophie? Wanna go on a ride with mommy?" Jack asked as Sophie quickly slapped Felix's cheek to push him away. "Yeh! Ride ride!!" Sophie yelled as she raised her arms.

Felix was heart broken as he stood up, pouting. "Haha, sorry Lix" Jack chuckled as he walked into the room, grabbing Felix and picking him up like he would a toddler. "You ass! Put me down I can walk."

"no. Come on rosie" Jack smiled as he walked outside to his Camo Fourwheeler.

Rose had a red one had two seats, one in the front and one in the back, considered a two seater. Luckily, the back on had a buckle for Sophie.

Rose set Sophie on it and buckled her before putting on her helmet and getting on.

Jack didn't wear his when he rode with Felix, he always gave it to Felix, but Felix refused this time. Jack set Felix down as he sat down on his four wheeler, Felix hopping on after and putting his arms around jacks waist.

     Jack twisted the Key and started it, placing his hands on the handles as Rose got on hers. "Where we going?" She asked as he looked at Jack, Jack smiling softly.

    "Anywhere" jack grinned as he twisted the handle, making it go. Rose smiled as she did the same, following jack and Felix.

Jack was the one to normally lose Rose, as he rode a lot faster than she did.

The four rode mainly on dirt roads, and just to spite Felix, Jack would see a mud puddle and immediately drive into it as fast as he could, getting him, the four wheeler, and Felix muddy.

"Jack! What the he-" he stopped talking and closed his mouth and eyes once Jack hit another mud puddle. "Jack!" Felix yelled before he bit jacks neck.

"Oioioi! Not when I'm driving!" Jack yelled back making Felix laugh.

"Ass." Felix mumbled as Rose caught up, now driving next to jack.

They rode until the sun started to set, now all of them driving back before it got fully dark.

"That was fun..jack, but fuck you for getting my clothes muddy.." Felix sighed as he hopped off of the four wheeler, Rose getting ready to leave as they did.

"I'll see you guys tomorrow alright?" Rose smiled and Felix nodded.

Jack and Felix walked inside the house, Felix still mad at jack.

"I'm sorry I just-.." Jack started to laugh once he looked at Felix. "What?"

"You- you have mud on your face!" Jack laughed out and Felix quickly rubbed his hand across his cheek and looked at his hand, not seeing anything. "No there's not!" Felix yelled as jack walked over to him. "Yes there is you just missed it." Jack smiled as he placed his hand on Felix's cheek, rubbing it softly.

Felix smiled before jack quickly kissed him deeply, Felix jumped before he quickly kissed back.

Within seconds, jack broke it and grinned. "Got it~"

"You bastard! There wasn't anything there you just wanted a kiss!"
"Maybe, maybe not" Jack giggled as he quickly ran upstairs, Felix chasing after the taller male.

    "JACK!!!" Felix yelled as he ran into the bedroom, jumping ontop of jack whom was laying on the bed.

    "Felix!" Jack laughed as he hugged the other tightly. "Take your clothes off-" Jack yelled as Felix immediately blushed.

   "W-wha-"
   "NOT LIKE THAT!!! Take them off, they have mud on them!!" Jack smiled as Felix nodded, taking off his flannel and his pants.

    Jack smiled as he did the same, Felix grabbed the two clothes and tossed jack his.

    Jack put on a hoodie and pants before he slid under the blankets, watching as Felix found one of jacks hoodies and put it on.

   "Dork" Jack smiled as Felix looked at him, pushing his glasses up his face. Felix smiled as he got in bed with jack, getting under the blankets and covering up. Jack moved Felix closer and cuddled him lightly. "I love you"

    "Aw."

    "I-" Jack looked at Felix who buried his face into jacks chest. "You're not gonna say it back..?" Jack sighed as Felix smiled. "I love you too! I'm just mad you got me muddy." Felix laughed as the taller male rolled his eyes.

    The two talked until Jack heard the other snoring softly, indicating he fell asleep. So Jack did the same, holding Felix close as he did.
