Felix is a doctor, Jack is a cop, and together they adopted 3 kids. Sophie and the twins, edd and molly.

Molly and edd woke up with a horrid cough that night. It was 4 in the morning, Felix had to work and so did Jack.

Felix yawned as he sat next to Mollys bed, listening to her hard cough,

"do you..want some water baby?" He asked, blinking a couple times to try and keep him awake. Molly sniffled.

"N-...no, I'm okay daddy..please don't worry."

Jack was in Edds room, almost doing the same thing, resting next to his bed, fighting to stay awake as he tried to help edd feel better.

Sophie was up and on the TV in the living room, which was fine.

"Daddy..can you stay home today..please?" She asked, watching as Felix yawned again. "I don't..think I'll be able to Hun. Sophie is gonna be here with her friend and her mother, alright? I have to get to work.."

Of course, that's how it started.

Felix was in the middle of a shift before being called.

"So that should get you up to da—..te." He spoke, pulling his vibrating phone out of his pocket. "I gotta take this, excuse me." Felix said, walking out of the room.

"Walten, I'm wor—"
"I know, I know—it's just-important, alright? Can you be home within the next..20 Minutes?" Jack asked, holding the phone close.

"Why?"
"Molly puked, and it's..red."

"I'll be home in 5."
"Felix! DONT SPE—and he hung up." Jack said, tossing the phone to the side as Sophie comforted her sick sister. Edd was napping, thank god..

Jack left work when Jenny's mother called him, Jenny was staying over and her mom was gonna 'babysit' until one of the boys got off work. That ended too quick.

Felix practically drifted into the driveway, slamming his right headlight into jacks taillight of his truck.

"Fuckfuckfuckkk" he spoke, quickly getting out of his now damaged car and rushing into the house. "Molly! Daddy's here." He spoke, rushing to the crying child on the couch.

"Daddy, it hurts.." she whimpered, before gagging as Felix shoved a Q-tip down her throat.

"Sorry.." he whispered, putting it into a baggy before standing up normally.

"alright..nothing to worry about.. alright? Molls I'm gonna take you into work with me, okay?"
"What if—if-what if I-I puke in y-your car.." she muttered, trying to catch her breath as Felix pulled her into a hug. "It's alright, I promise. Come on."

Jack came with, and was sitting in the waiting room as Felix was back with molly.

"Rose, sample this. I need testing back as soon as possible. Puking blood can be a bad thing." He said, watching the nurse nod and run off.

"A bad thing?" Molly asked, watching her father whip around to meet her eyes. "Uh..y-yes..I'm gonna go out and talk to Dad, alright?" Felix asked, and molly nodded.
