And now the missing scenes from Different POVs

Maya's POV
In the Lunchroom

I approached Jason and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Hey Maya. What brings you..."

"I have a proposition for you. You wanted to go to that dance with Lukas, right?"

"Yeah, how did you..."

"I have a plan, to ensure you're the one dancing with him."

Jason leaned in "Go on."

I then told him about my plan for the dance.

"So I'm going as your date?"

"Yeah, it'll look suspicious if you went alone...besides I have...ulterior motivation."

I glanced over at Jess, she smiled and waved. So cute.

"So what'd ya say?"

Jason put on a cocky grin "I'm in."

At the dance

Lukas' POV

Jessica and I were dancing and having a great time, and she's sure got rhythm. Yet, I couldn't help but notice her  looking behind me a lot. Wonder why.

She then stopped dancing "I'm feeling thirsty. I think I'll go get some punch."

"Allow me"

She then stopped me "No, you stay and keep dancing. I'll get for the both of us."

Then she left.

A few minutes passed by and Jess still hasn't returned. I hope she's okay.

A slow song starts to play. Damn it, of course she's getting punch now.

Just when I go to look for her, I turned a tap on my shoulder. It's Jason.

"I couldn't help but notice your lady has abandoned you. Wanna dance...with me?"

I should be looking for Jessica but wow.

Now it could be the lighting but he looks rather dashing in that costume. Has he always been so muscular?

"Sure, I'd love to dance."

Jason then pulled me in close and whispered into my ear "would you like to lead or follow?"

"Follow."

Jason smiled "As you wish."
Was that a Princess bride reference?

So we danced, and he showed me off like a Princess. His hands are so soft, and his chest feels so warm and comforting.

I've known him for years. How have I never seen him in this light? Am I actually falling for   golden retriever bad boy?

Doesn't matter, all that matter is how happy I feel at this moment. I just want to stay like this forever.

Maya's POV
I watched the two men as they're dancing, and they look so happy together. Score

I then turned to the punch table where Jess stood all alone.

God, she looks so radiant standing in the dim party lighting. Everything from her glowing skin, to her soft looking hair, to the way that witchy black dress hugs her in all the right places. Am I actually developing feelings for the former Y/N?

That doesn't matter now. All that matters is I want to go over to her and ask for a dance.

But as I was walking over, I noticed another figure approaching her and this guy looked like trouble.

He looked like Jason if he actually was a bad boy. Except instead of navy blue hair, his hair was jet black.

I could tell, that this man was making Jess uncomfortable. so I tried to listen in to their conversation but only heard the last part.

"It's been a long time, Y/N."
