Mental Health Issues

Tristan' PoV:
Ok, something isn't right here. Ian hasn't been himself this week. I'm going to ask in the group chat.

*Group chat with Tristan, Con, Brad, James and Ian*

Tris- Ian are you ok lately?

Ian- Am fine. Leave me alone *goes offline*

Con- Tris if Ian's fine, he's okay

Brad- Yeh Tris

James- What's going on?

Tris- Something's up with Ian, he's not himself

Con- Hang on, I seen something in his medicine cabinet which none of us have.

Brad- And????

Con- It is ecstasy

James- WHAT?! You mean Ian's hooked on drugs?

Con- Looks like it. I tried to talk to Ian about it but he has distanced himself from us even me. I think he's scared and vulnerable at the minute.

Brad- Has there been anything on social media?

Tris- Some of our fans have been bullying Ian on Twitter and I think the shooting that happened a few weeks ago is affecting him.

Con- Oh shit! That's why he is using ecstasy! To ignore the pain of it all and I need to see him.

James- Pain of what?

Con- Its affecting his mental health! You know that!

*End of chat*

James PoV:

I'm disappointed and upset. Ian has been taking drugs to stop the pain. I need to talk to him

"Ian get down here!!" I say

A few minutes later, Ian arrives downstairs.

"We need to talk" I say

"What about?" Ian says

"This!!" I say holding up the packet of ecstasy.

"Shit! Where did you find my secret stash?" Ian says horrified

"Connor found it in your medicine cabinet! Why Ian?"

"Have you seen Twitter lately?" he says yelling

I shake my head

"I'm getting hate and abuse and I'm also struggling after the shooting at the college, in case you forgotten that was me that was shot. Connor was supposed to be shot so I took the bullet for my fiancé." Ian says crying and fleeing to go upstairs to his room. Suddenly Brad and Tristan enter, Connor already heard and seen Ian running upstairs so he went upstairs to probably check on him and cuddle him.

"What HAVE you JUST done?" Brad says

"I confronted him" I say

"You did what???" Tris says

"I confronted him and he admitted it"

"You idiot James, now Connor is going to have to try to calm him down as they both suffer from mental health issues and PTSD from the shooting at the college." Brad says pissed off.

Connor's PoV:

I'm going to check on Ian, as he will only talk to me about this. He would have told James but is terrified on how he would react.

I get to Ian's bedroom door and try to open it but its locked.

"Go away James" Ian says

"Ian's it's me Connor, can I come in?" I say

"Yeah, give me two mins" Ian says quietly

It's been two minutes and Ian hasn't come out so I'm going to use his spare key. So I put the key in and unlock it to see Ian in the corner of his room shaking in fear. I bet he is having flashbacks to the college shooting and it's making him think someone is out to get him killed.

"Ian are you okay cos you seem terrified?" I say slowly going over to him and letting him cuddle into me and smelling my cologne that he likes.

"No Con, I'm terrified in case someone is out to get me and you. You and The Vamps are my world. I love you Con." Ian says still cuddled into me.

"Aw Ian, with the amount of security that we have and this house has, you are always safe."

I give him a kiss on the head and send a message off to James, Brad and Tris to let them know what is wrong with Ian.

*Later that day- 2am*

Ian PoV:

I'm downstairs getting a drink when I hear someone in the kitchen and I hear a Scottish accent, yep its Connor.

"Babe what's up?" Con says

"Just getting a drink, want one?" I say.

"Aye, go on. Erm Ian are you okay after earlier on today?"

"I don't think I will be Con. I'm scared in case someone is out to get me or you"

"Awh you're my fiancée Ian and I will do anything for you, come on let's go to bed, and yes you are sleeping with me" Connor says carrying me to his room.

I'm going to help Ian no matter what. I don't want him to lose me.
