Rise and Shine

You woke up to the sound of a buzzing alarm clock.

You groggily got out of bed and started to get ready for the day, it didn't take you that long, and you had about 10 minutes to spare before you had to get on the bus. Walking into the kitchen, you grabbed a granola bar and started to eat it as you made sure you had all of your things together.

Confirming that everything was neatly but into your backpack, you picked up your phone and texted Piko asking him if he would ride the bus or get a ride to school.

"I'm not sure yet.. I'm probably getting a ride from my dad."

You nodded a little to yourself; "He probably wouldn't like the bus anyways, it's really loud and the kids who ride are kinda rambunctious.. It's a good thing he's getting a ride." You thought as you grabbed your bag and walked out to the bus-stop.

The bus picked you up shortly after you got to the stop and you sat in a seat in the middle and gazed out the window until you arrived at your destination. You exited the bus near last, and sat in the library waiting or classes to start.
