Belle's POV

"They're still counting the number of votes," bulong sa'kin ni Daisy.

We're here at the garden, just trying to ease the stress. We've been running campaigns through in the campus for the sake of my presidency, and that is something that made us worned out.

"I really do hope we'll win this one," I said in a weary voice.

"In this battle, it's between you and Angeline," ani nito.

Right, It's like Angeline will forever be my nemesis. I don't want to lose this candidacy, our efforts will be in vain if that happens.

"Btw, do you know about this this woman named Isabela?" I asked confusely, this name have been hanging on my mind since the pageant happened.

"U-Uhm... Do you really have to know?" She asked in discomfort.

"I want to know her," nakangiti kong wika sakanya. She nodded repeatedly before she finally said the details about Isabela.

"Ehem... Isabela's full name is Isabela Rae Gozon, the former Muse of Aguinaldo and the Vice president of SSC. She is a scholar sponsored by Aguinaldo family, very renowned for her simplicity and lively personality. She got so many haters back then but like you... She catch the students favor by being so friendly with them," She got some strategy huh. I can't be friendly with someone who displeased me.

"You two have the similarities but not all of it are there, She doesn't take challenges unlike you, she also used her connection to the Aguinaldo family just to be crowned as Muse of Aguinaldo and I think that's unacceptable," she said in displease. I thought magaling si Isabela kaya siya nakoronahan?

"The female judge at the pageant praised that Isabela infront of me, she even compared us," sabi ko na ikinagiwi niya.

"Gosh! She really has the audacity, that female judge is Isabela's connection. Nadadala 'yun ng datong Belle," irita niya sabi sa'kin. So the female judge at the pageant isn't professional as I though.

"Actually 'yang si Angeline ay mahusay talaga 'yan sa mga pageant pageant para ngang ipinanganak siya para sumali sa mga ganyan, siya dapat 'yung mananalo pero hindi niya ginamit 'yung connection ng pamilya niya kasi she believe that she can win it without it 'yun pala kahit anong husay o galing mo ay mababalewala lang ito kung ang kalaban mo ay may koneksyon sa judges." Nanlake ang mata ko sakanya nang mabanggit niya kung gaano kagaling si Angeline.

So Angeline really has the gene for pageantries kaya pala ang husay husay nitong rumampa.

"Mabuti nalang at natutong lumaban si Angeline at pantayan ang maduming pakikipaglaro ni Isabela kaya siya ang nanalo bilang SSC president ng school. Sila talaga 'yung magkalaban noong wala kapa rito pero ngayon mukhang pinalitan mo si Isabela kaya gano'n nalang ang inis sayo ni Angeline," paliwanag niya sa'kin.

Kaya pala ganun nalang 'yung inis nito.

"Mabait ba talaga 'yang si Angeline noon?" Tanong ko, Agad naman siyang umiling at nagsalita.

"Spoiled talaga siya, hindi naman siya mabait sadyang mataray lang ito kasi nakasanayan na alam mo naman mayaman... " I heard her chuckled.

Kaya ba pinapaiwas niya ako kay Angeline kasi magkapangalan kami ng Isabela na'yun at baka ako pa ang mapag buntongan ng galit nito.

"Bakit parang ayaw mo kay Isabela?" Nagtataka kong tanong rito. Napansin ko kasing parang inis na inis siya rito.

"Hindi ako kagaya ng iba diyan na uto-uto, nadadala ng isang pekeng ngiti. Yes I am loner but I'm good at observing people's intention. I managed to master it after being alone in a long time," sabi niya saka kinuha 'yung art materials nito sa bag.
