Summary: After the incident, Tony, Steve and Natasha found out about what actually happened.

"Who's Tony?"
That statement made Tony gasped. Peter has no idea who's Tony. "Its me, Tony Stark, you don't know me?"
Peter look pretty much clueless when Tony told his name. "I'm Steve Rogers and this is Natasha Romanoff. Do you know us?"
"I... I don't know. All I know was I opened my eyes and the car was wrecked. I just saw a picture on this phone so I thought coming here would give me a clue." Peter explained. "Alright, ju- just stay here. I'm gonna call Cho and Strange. Don't go anywhere."
Steve lead Peter into the kitchen and sits him on one of the stool. "Do you remember your name?" Natasha asked. "I don't know anything, I don't remember a single thing after that."
"That?"
"Car accident. I didn't know how I get here. I was too panicked."
Steve take a step back from the kitchen counter and went to the StarkPad. "FRIDAY, find any current car accident event. Set a perimeter search for 5 kilometres."
"On it."
The elevator dinged and two people came out from there. "We came as soon as we heard about what happened."
"He was in an accident. Through here." Tony take the doctors into the kitchen. Just like how Peter first arrived at the tower that day, they were shocked too. "Cho, go get me a medical glove and equipment. We're gonna have a look at his present injuries first."
Cho immediately excuse herself for a minute and Strange look at Peter's injuries. "He doesn't remember what happened."
"Common for car accident survivors."
"Not the accident. He forgot everything." Natasha added. Strange shoot his head up quickly and look at Peter carefully. "I'm gonna have to ask you some question." The neurosurgeon gently sit on the stool across Peter. "Do you remember your name?"
"No."
"Your age? Anything about yourself?"
"I don't remember anything after I wake up in the wrecked car." He began to feel a little frustrated but Strange keep it professional. "Alright, we're gonna have to treat your wounds first and run few tests to make sure there's not one injuries left behind."
Cho came back with a medic bag and put it on the counter. "You don't remember all of us too?"
"Yeah. Not a single person." Peter replied. To be honest, Tony is trying to bear all the pain from the fact that Peter doesn't remember everything.
"Its alright. Do you feel any pain, somewhere?"
Steve's doesn't pay attention to the current event, he's keen to find out what actually happened. "Tony, come here."
He pull Tony into a room and show the video on the StarkPad. "What is this?"
"The footage from today which shows Peter's car accident." Tony immediately grab the StarkPad and look at the footage.
The footage shows that it was clearly red light. Somehow, the car Peter was driving in didn't stop and a truck hit the car from the passenger side. The driver felt bad when he saw a teenage boy inside the car and runaway from the scene. Soon after that, a body came out from the car looking confused.
