Whist watching the movie we couldn't really stay quite, we kept finding something to talk about distracting us from the screen. "Okay but who's your favourite character?" I say challenging him, "Now this could define our friendship" I added. Mouth seemed a bit scared with that and I just start laughing "I don't mean literally I just wanna know" and we both start laughing. "Okay okay, my favourite character is Alice" he says looking into my eyes, I pause and kind of sit there baffled. "What's wrong with Alice?" I turn back to him and laugh "Oh nothing she's fine a really good character I just pictured you as more of a Bender guy" I snicker. "Haha very funny, well who's your favourite character?" He sarcastically replied, "Oh come on Brian all the way!" I exclaim! "Brian really? The nerd?" I was offended "Yes Brian come on he is incredible!" We both start laughing. We laughed so hard I fell forward and my head falling into Mouths lap.
At the thought of our positioning I stopped laughing and Mouth did too. The movie had just ended and the end credits were rolling, the light of the tv flickering on Mouths face. I look up at him in awe, he's just so adorable with that smile and those sparkling eyes. We were silent just looking into each other's eyes, oh how I wished to know what he was thinking at this moment.
Mouths P.O.V
Wow her eyes are beautiful in this light aren't they? Wait am I falling for my bestfriend? I can't believe it, but I don't want to fight it either. D layed with her head in my lap looking up at me. I could feel the cool wall behind my back giving me goosebumps as we stared into each others eyes. This is the quietest we've ever been in our entire lives together. She looked so surreal lying there, shit was Joey right? A couple of years ago me Joey and Book had a guys night without D because she was out with her sister. We played a game of truth or dare and Joey asked me and I said truth, he said "Is it true you have feelings for D?" Book chimes in and said "Yeah you two have so much chemistry like it's so obvious" I remember feeling my face go warm and my stomach flutter, I didn't answer all I said was "Eww no it's D we can't have feelings for each other!" And Joey kept on saying that we should date such would always annoy me but right now, I don't think I wouldn't say no.
Back to D:
Time felt as if it had stopped and we were the only two people alive. I wanted so bad to kiss him right then and there buy I didn't want to risk anything. I felt him shift his body weight a bit, i didnt know what he was going to do but i sure as hell didnt expect him to do this! Mouth lent forward and kissed me! MOUTH HAD JUST KISSED ME! He pulled back after he kissed me once but I wrapped my hands around his neck and pulled him back. Our lips interlacing with each other like we had been kissing each other for years. What the hell is this I hadn't even told him I liked him he just out of no where kissed me. I broke the kiss and sat up, "D I'm so sorry-" Mouth began but I cut him off. "No please don't be I was going to tell you something.." "Yeah sure what's up?" He swivels so we are now facing each other. I take a deep breath and go "Well you know how I said I thought I had a crush and you thought it was Joey and Joey thought it was Book?" "Yeah?" He replies, i take one more breath here goes nothing. "Well the person I actually like is you!" I said that really quickly, he just looks at me and smirks. "Well arent you going to say something?" I stammer, "D.. its okay, i like you too and i have for a while now" I felt relieved but i still felt flushed in the face.
"So what now?" He asked, i look at him and his smile seemed so sweet, "well i dont really know but Joey and Book cant find out it could ruin our friendgroup" i reply. Mouth nods in agreement, "So would you like to be my girlfriend?" He asked with a smile from ear to ear, "Id love to!" I lean forward and wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him. This all feels like a dream. Mouth flips me up and over so we are now laying him on his back and me on my stomach with my head on his chest. "This is gonna be fun" Mouth claims, "So fun!" I reply.
