flor heard a notification come from her phone, she picked up her phone and opened it.

vee looked over at her and took a peak at her phone, "texting nora now? thought you were with dream" they teased, flor rolled her eyes. "she texted me first!" she defended, vee raised her hands in defeat.
"alright, it's fine" and continued their conversation with xian. she replied to her message, not wanting to ignore her.

flor sighed, thinking back at the interaction. xian saw her change in attitude, "what happened?" they asked her.
flor gave him her phone, the messages between her and nora on the screen. their breath hitched, "y'know, i never had a good feeling about her"
flor scoffed, "don't be so rude. it just made me a bit uncomfortable talking to her, i don't know."
"i'm not being rude! i'm just being honest, she was always toxic towards us" vee nodded, "i agree, she hated us"
"well, i'm sorry but we aren't dating anymore. you won't need to worry about her-"
"not if you become friends with her again" vee cut her off, "i promise i won't let her treat you guys like that" she raised her hand, sticking out her pinky. vee rolled their eyes playfully and entangled their pinky with hers.
xian turned on his phone, looking at the time. "me and vee should get going, it's a bit late" flor waved goodbye, back on her bed. they walked out. after a bit, flor stood up and walked to the front door to lock it.
she walked back to her room, marcy followed behind her. marcy jumped on the bed and laid down, flor doing the same next to marcy.
she pet her fur, relaxing as thoughts clouded her mind before she fell unconscious.

## MARS'S NOTE last chapter before i unpublish lol, enjoy this while you can. It might take a while to re-upload it because i still need a way to figure out how i'm going to change the plot and also i'm sick rn so not feeling the best nor very motivated to think or even less, to write. I hope you understand, i just think that the family problems happened too quick and i think it's just a bit dramatic and unnecessary to make arguments and problems happen so early. I was also planning something else EVEN BIGGER and it would all happen at once, obviously i changed my mind because i thought it would be too overwhelming to flor and to the reader. and i have also decided to just change the plot as a whole, if you guys have any suggestions on what i should change about the plot to or maybe like a chapter suggestion, i would appreciate it with my whole heart <3
