Chapter 9

Cat's POV:
On the phone
Me: cam what you doing back here
Cam: well I guess I wanted to visit my best friend plus I bought Madison so you two could meet.
Me: oh wow so sudden well that's amazing I have a date tonight but I'll call Lucas and make it a double date.
Cam: okay that's amazing text the address later
With that we hung up.
Talked to Lucas let him know the plans he's okay plus he really wants to meet my friends, it's not like I have more. My life has been a rollercoaster this year I've met Cameron frinking Dallas, we hit it off suddenly became best friends I just know I can trust him it's like we knew each way before the feeling is amazing. I've met Lucas we talked all the time he's special always saying good things and nice things plus he plays the piano very nice been on like 4 dates already and it feels amazing I've never had this in my life.
Getting ready for the date still deciding what to wear I mean am not very good with clothes style so I called 'KYLA" to come and help me in my room I trust her with my clothes she still has the idea of me and cam I really don't feel anything else other than friendship maybe if it was a few years back, but I'm happy as friends really we have this chemistry where we talk about anything and everything and we understand each other, I hear a knock on the door pushing the throughs of my mind. Walking down stairs there he was looking straight at me his eyes move every step I take, it feels nice having someone who makes you S feel this way.
Lucas: you look amazing
Me: thanks, but well look at your self
I said making him laugh, oh my gosh his laugh is the cutest thing, I feel free every time I'm with him it's like a weird feeling but I can't help but think I've felt this before I know it but I just push it to the back of my head and ready to have a great time.
Lucas leads me in the car as he opens the door for me such a gentleman I love it, he walks around to the drivers seat "put the radio in" Lucas tells me as I do, and of course she takes ma dinheiro comes on I love this song "I can see you like this song" Lucas says "it's addicting" I reply.
We get to the restaurant Lucas opens the door for me we get inside I instantly see cam he sees me and we smile at each other instantly it's like we're connected funny to think how these small thing happen. Walking towards the table I see this beautiful brown hair girl very cute just saying she looked the way Cameron was looking and saw me, as soon she saw me reaching the table she gets up towards me and hugs me, I'm just very sudden of her when we don't even know each other I give her a small pat on her back just very awkwardly, Cameron stands up to greet me like I teached him two kisses on each side of the cheeks, he turns towards Lucas and gives him a hand shake, we all sat down.

The evening has been very interesting we are all getting along Madison keeps trying to get to know me, but it's not that I'm rude it's just I don't let people easily just get to know me from the minute they meet me, I just keep small talk going on.
Cam: remember that night at the bar when you spilt the drink on the Girl walking by
Cam said making me laugh that was on the first week we started hanging out to get to know each other, me and cam just sat there laughing at memories of 6 months ago when we met, while I remember I'm not here alone with him it's just me and cam once we start talking we just never stop laughing, I turned my attention back to Lucas I felt sad he was just sat there awkward looking at us while Madison was looking at her phone.
Me: Lucas here has been amazing with these weeks of writing and piano and it's amazing the chemistry we have with the music
Lucas: yes that's true it's almost done
Cam: that's amazing to glad your college work is going so well.
We kept just talking, I gave an opportunity to talk to her she wasn't bad it's just we began just awkwardly talking.
The left the night at that, Lucas and cam went to pay but of cause once again I gave my part of the money as both of cam and Lucas know I hate not paying, " really nice talking to you" Madison said "thanks your very nice" I said back with a smile. The boys came back and we left, the night was nice but for some reason it's felt weird. I had work in early in the morning so Lucas left me and home we said our goodbyes he said he'd call me tomorrow and I can't wait.
