We reached home, tired and jet lagged. Tired because throughout the trip we couldn't get the much needed rest and jet lagged because we had a long flight here so it had taken a toll on us. I sighed in relief as we entered the confines of our house and a smile spread on my face as pur car drove to the front fpyer. We both climbed out of the car adn walked to entrance. Adrian took out his keys adn opened the door. The lights were off telling everyone is asleep, also no one is here at night. We switched on the lights and were awestruck at the decor. It was all too good. It had changed a lot, everything looked beautiful. "Wow it look beautiful" I exclaimed and Adrian chuckled behind me. I turned to him adn he too was staring at the designs.
"He did it great"
"Yeah"
"But we should go sleep first and then tour around" I nodded and we both made our way upstairs to our new room. Thank God it was not on the ground floor because it is so irritating sometimes. We opened the door and masterpiece unfolded before us. The room looked beautiful. It was just wow, I couldn't explain it. Out bags were already there so I pulled out my night suit and went to take bath. I took a quick bath to relax my muscles and came out to sleep. After me Adrian went to bathroom. Once I was close to fall asleep I felt the bed dip and Adrian pulling into the comforter. He pulled me up on his bicep and I nestled in his arms. My safe place.

I woke up to an empty bed but the other side was still warm indicating Adrian had just left and then I heard shower running. I pulled the comforter above my head and waited for him to come out. I took a small nap of twenty minutes when he came out and went to closet. I left the warmth of this comfortable new bed and went to bathroom. Looking around it the only word I could mutter was wow. It was just so beautiful. I hurriedly stripped out of my clothes and went to showerhead to take bath. I saw no dial were present there meaning it would had been voice analyzer so I commanded it the settings, which felt good.
I took bath and wrapped myself in grey towel while my hair wrapped in the same one. I walked out of the bathroom to closet which as huge. I roamed around and saw my clothes were perfectly set on one side. I decided to wear some business suit so I wore a black cotton tank top with black slacks and black blazer. I blew dried my hair and made a tight low bun. Setting on just eye liner, mascara and red lipstick I was done with make-up. I put on black heels and went downstairs to kitchen where Martha was making breakfast while Adrian was sitting on bar stools sipping on coffee "Hello Martha" I side hugged her and kissed her head.
"Hello darling how was your trip"
"good and where is papa"

I turned around and saw him walking in. He looked weaker than I last saw him. His eyes were more hollow and he looked pale "Hey papa" I hugged him tightly which he happily returned. We both pulled apart and sat on the stools which were comfortable. I could spent my whole day here
