Today is my birthday !!!!!!!!!

I smiled and opened my eyes welcomed by empty room. Where the hell was Adrian because he should be here to wish me first thing in the morning. I yawned and sat up stretching my arms.
"Good morning my dear wife"
Adrian came in with a tea trolley and a very big smile.

"Happy birthday"
He pecked my lips and sat beside me.

"How are you"

"Good"

"And this baby"
He put his palm on my belly and I smiled. I pecked his cheek.

"He too is good"

"Ok here I have made breakfast for you"
I smiled and stood on my feet and he too. My eyes wide as saucers when I saw the variety of pancakes. I love pancakes and I was craving these too.

"Oh my God Adrian"

"Your favorite pancakes. Cornmeal pancakes. Buttermilk pancakes. Hot chocolate pancakes. Birthday pancakes. Nutella stuffed pancakes. Pancake cake with berries. Birthday pancakes"
He pointed towards all the varieties he made and I squealed in excitement. I was the happiest girl on the planet.

I filled my plate with each one of those pancakes which looked yummy. Putting the plate in my lap and Adrian passed me a knife and fork. I firstly cut a piece of buttermilk pancake and took a bite. I moaned as it melted in my mouth.

Adrian chuckled but I didn't spare him a glance.
"You liked it"

"Loved it"
I put the fork forward in front of his mouth.
"Taste it. It tastes heaven"
He opened his mouth and put the piece I while he began to chew. After that I moved on to pancakes cake with berries. Adrian too was eating but just cornmeal pancake.

"Adrian why are you eating just one flavor"
I held his hand and asked angrily. He was missing this heaven which I was eating madly. In no time it will disappear.

"Wait"
He raised his finger and stacked his plate with birthday pancakes.

"Ava now go and get ready"
He glanced at his watch.

"Appointment will be around eleven"
He said once I put the used plates in the trolley. I nodded and stood up to go to bathroom while Adrian began to wheel the trolley away.

Today was 15 October. My birthday and first appointment.

I went to walk-in closet and decided to wear a pair of white pants with a warm beige top. Pulling it out of wardrobe I placed it on the couch and took a bath robe and towel to go to bathroom.

I took a bath and wrapped my towel and went to mirror but stopped when I stood in front of floor length mirror. I opened the tie of my robe and revealed my bare belly. I softly caressed my lower tummy and smiled. My baby. I put my towel on my tummy and tied the robe admiring the bump it made.

My belly will be like this soon

I giggled as the thought but my moment was cut short when Adrian knocked the door and his worried voice reached me.
"Coming"
I pulled out the towel and wrapped it around my hair. I unlocked the door and came out.

"Give me a minute"
I went back to wardrobe and put on the dress I had selected. I put on a eyeliner and mascara with little lipstick. I took my bag and put my wallet and lipstick in it. Going to room I put my phone in it I went to Adrian who was waiting downstairs.

Adrian smiled as he saw me coming. He put a kiss on my forehead before opening the door for me to slip in. I fastened my seat belt and Adrian did the same before driving off.
