Ava's pov:

I laid on that bed holding my beautiful Adora in my arms Adrian beside me slowly caressing her small head which was so tiny in his huge hand. She had beautiful blonde locks sprouting out. We can't tell how she will look in future but she would have my hair and Adrian's blue eyes. She is so beautiful. So much. I can't describe in words.

"Oh God she is perfect"
I announced the same sentence for thousandth time. Adrian who was right beside me chuckled and then nodded leaning forward to peck my lips.

"Thank you baby"
He mumbled against my lips and then pulled me in a long kiss. A throat cleared behind us and we broke apart our head nurse Lily stood there smiling at us.

"Ready to feed the baby"

"Yeah"
I nodded and Adrian moved aside to give her space. She removed the gown which I wore afterwards _ which looks decent _ and set the baby properly in my arms so that I could feed her easily. This little missy know what she is doing and latched on to me with full force. I laughed at her excitement and so did Adrian.

Motherhood had just started and I was loving it to every bit. I wish I could stay in this moment forever, the perfect moment. It would be difficult to take hold of motherhood but I would do it nonetheless, I know it. Just holding her in my hands is the best thing imagine whatever coming up would be like.

Once I had fed Adora I laid her on the bed beside me and ate the food Martha had made me. She said that I should eat something soft but I don’t think why. I think I should eat some burger king but I have to suck it up because Adrian too think I should eat this bland and simple porridge with juice. I ate this healthy food rather slowly just gulping it down while my eyes stared Adora. I am just amazed how I pushed this huge baby out of my tiny vagina. Guess motherhood.

“How are you feeling”
Adrian came planted a kiss on my lips and then began to collect the plates.

“I am good now”
I sighed and laid down getting comfortable in bed. Thankfully I was back to my room because our room is damn comfy and I can’t exchange it for anything. Adora was just sleeping comfortably beside me. She would be sleeping in her own nursery in next few days I am gonna make sure of it.

“You rest don’t worry for her I would take care of her”

“But you don’t have boobs to feed her”
We both laughed but hushed immediately as Adora stirred a little. He winked and then rounded the bed to lay on the other side of Adora. He slowly caressed her chin and smiled. I had never seen such a smile on his face before. There was time where he never smiled at all then he decided to smile and laugh but this, this was something else. So beautiful. I closed my eyes to catch up much deserved sleep.

I don’t know how long I slept but I did spend a great time and when I woke up due to Adora crying I felt a little fresh. I peeled open my eyes and saw Adrian already holding her and swaying her slightly just holding her way too softly like his touch would harm her. And she was crying in his arms softly.
“Hey give her here”

“Yeah”
he passed her to me and she squirmed in my arms now desperate for food. I chuckled at her excitement and then hurried in giving her what she wanted. She sucked roughly getting what she wanted. I must have took a long break because she looked damn hungry.

“She actually woke up. Her diaper was spoiled so she had a change and slept maybe that is why she is now so hungry”
Makes sense. I yawned loudly while feeding her. Adrian beside me was happily asleep again. I sighed and rested against the headboard nursing her. She released me and I burped her before laying her back on the bed while I slid down o sleep. Next I don’t know how long I slept but it was a blissful sleep until I heard our bedroom door being opened with a loud thud.
