???'s POV
Something is wrong somewhere. I have a feeling that something doesn't add up. Especially when Alya and Adrien deserted Mari?
I have to look it up.
I go into my room and do some research about Lila. I type in:
Songs by Jagged Stone
I scroll through the entire page. Nothing.
I try the next few pages, but I give up after receiving no results about her
I try again:
Prince Ali Project
I find out that Prince Ali is doing an environmental conservation project. But Lila isn't mentioned. Strange.
I decided to do a little research.
So I went to Lila's house.
I knew that Adrien had a date with Lila, so I went to her house to speak to her mother.
"Good evening ma'am," I greet Mrs. Rossi when she opens the door.
"Good evening, young man. How may I help you?"
"I am one of Lila's classmates. I brought a few notes for Lila because she has been missing school, due to her around-the-world tour," I explained.
"Excuse me young man, but Lila hasn't left Paris for a year," she explained
"Oh, but why hasn't she been coming to school?"
"She says that the school ordered an evacuation for all students because of the akuma attacks. Isn't that right?" Mrs. Rossi asked innocently.
So Mari was right all along! I should've listened to her. We are all fools, I thought
"Erm..., does your child attend La Grande College?"
"Sorry, but no. She attends Francois Dupoint High."
"Oh, I'm sorry, there must have been a mix-up. The Lila I know is a very interesting character. She has met a lot of celebrities," I half-lied.
"Oh, that's okay. Could you join me for tea?"
"No ma'am, I really need to get going," I said, getting anxious about this environment.
"Okay, farewell boy," she said before going into her house
