Chapter 22

Ladybug's POV
I ran into the Bourgeois hotel and met Zoe reading a book
I grab her hand and take her to the sewers before listening to her questions.
"Ladybug? What's the problem?" she asked
"Paris is in danger, and I need you to stop it!" I say with as much confidence I could muster. Marinette may be depressed, but Ladybug can't.
I grab my yoyo and pull out the bee miraculous
"Zoe Lee. this is the miraculous of the bee. You will use the miraculous for the greater good," I say as I give her the miraculous
"Can I trust you?" I ask
"100 percent Ladybug!" she replied
"Pollen, buzz on!"

"Meet me at the Eiffel Tower. I need to get someone else," I say before we split up

*Timeskip*
Chloe Bourgeois' home is not the hotel. It's the fahion boutique. As I get to the fahion store, I see her carrying a million bags. She had been trying to change by making Sabrina see reason with her, but she refused. So she was on her own.
"Chloe!" I call
She looked at me suprised. "Ladybug?"
"I can't explain now. Just folow me and I'll tell you what you need to know. We don't have time."
The Chloe Bourgeois I know would pout about how she wouldn't want to leave her new clothes, so you could imagine how I felt when she went back inside to return all the clothes and ran after me.
When we got to the nearest alleyway, she finally asked, "What do you need, Mar-I mean Ladybug?"
I grab my yoyo and started to pull out a miraculous
She looked at me in shock. "You're giving me back Pollen?"
"Not really, but I'm giving you another miraculous," I say as I bring out the fox necklace
"You see, Rena Rouge's services are no longer needed and I need an ally I could trust. Chloe Bourgeois, here is the miraculous of the fox, granting the power of illusion. You would use it for the greater good," I explain. "Once the job is done, you will return the miraculous to me. Can I trust you?"
"Yes, Ladybug. I will never fail you again," she said

Chloe's POV
I put on the miraculous as a orange fox-like kwami appears.
"Hello, I'm Trixx and I'm your kwami." she said
"Omigod you're just like Pollen!" I exclaim
"Yeah, yeah, but I'm better," the kwami said half-jealously. "Are you ready to walk in the ways of the fox?" she asked before I nod.
"To transform, you must say: Trixx,let's pounce"
"Trixx, Let's pounce!"
I sudenly feel magic going through my body. I look at myself and see that my suit was just like when I was Queen Bee, but this time my hair had turned orange.
"Let's go..." Ladybug prompted, asking for my name
"Call me Reine de Rena" I say before following the superherione.
*Timeskip*

Chat Blane's POV
What's taking her so long. Is she too cowardly to fight me?
Chat Blanc. Create a scene where she would definately come.
"Okay Ladybug. You don't want to fight me? Then I will end this battle for both of us. So I'm going to destroy you, me, our memories, everything!"
I begin to create a giant bubble of destruction that would span across the entire galaxy.
"If you don't come out in thirty seconds, this world is going to end"

Meanwhile,

Ladybug's POV
"He's about to trigger the end the world, Ladybug. Do something!" Vesperia said in fear from where we were hiding.
"Okay, team. Here's the plan," I say, before explaining the plan.

Third Person POV
Chat Blanc began to count down the final seconds till the end of the world
"Ten"
"Nine"
"Eight"
"Seven"
"Six"
"Five"
"Four"
"Three"
"Two"
"Chat Noir, stop! Please don't do this!"
Chat Blanc looked down to see Marinette at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower.
"Marinette?"
"Chat Noir please. Don't do this!"
Chat Blanc went over to her and looked at her and said gently, "It's now Chat Blanc" flicking the bell at his neck.
"You will always be Chat Noir to me," Marinette said as she placed her hands on his She held him tightly and started to lean in.
Chat Blanc was shocked by this, but the love he had for her was too great to deny. He began to lean in as well, and when their lips were nearly a centimeter away from each other...
"Venom!"
Immediately, Vesperia stung Chat Blanc, leaving him immobilized.

Ladybug's POV
"Great job, Reine de Rena," I said as I came out of my hiding spot.
She nodded before calling off the illusion
"And if you'll excuse me my dear Kitty, I'll be needing this," I said, taking the bell off his neck and breaking it
"No more evil-doing for you, little akuma. Time to de-evilize!" I say as I purify the evil butterfly.
"Bye-bye little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" I throw the picture up in the air, letting my magical ladybugs fix everything. Luka turns back to his normal form while Chat Blanc gets unimmobilized and turns back into my dorky partner
"Chaton!" I yell as I hug him tightly.
"M'Lady, what happened?" he asked
I began to explain al that I knew about the akumatization. When I finished, he was shocked.
"What have I done? I'm so sorry ladybug," he said, trying not to sob in front of me
"It's okay. Here," I say as I bring out a magical charm from my yoyo. "Keep this charm with you. It will remind you that even as heroes we still have emotions. But what matters is the way we handle them."
We hug again and I left with the rest, "Bug out!"

*Timeskip*

Mari's POV
Chat Noir had visited me earlier and told me all what happened. I told him that I couldn't return his feelings because I just broke up with Adrien and wanted to get over him.
When he left I started to cry. Even though I am trying to remain strong, I feel like it would be only a matter of days before I finally crack. I feel the urge to cut some more but something tells me not to, and no it's not Tikki. I have decided to stay numb from now on. Avoid everyone. Lock up my emotions and not to cry in front of others. If I get beaten up in school, I would not do anything but stay in silence and enjoy the beating. I will not make myself vulnerable for anyone.
I hate life.
