The blast of the alarm coming from your phone just right above your ear woke you up. It's Monday, how come you forgot about that? Well you didn't, but you were planning to file a sick leave if Scarlett was still there. Now, you wouldn't want to waste such a free day. You turn off the alarm and saw messages from Scarlett saying she has arrived safe and that she loves you.

Guilt took over your whole body, you have this weird feeling in your stomach that makes you want to puke. Your fingers can't even move to type a response but it's the least thing you can do.

You took a deep breath before finally pulling yourself out of the bed. It's hard when you're swallowed with guilt. You tried to relax and think things through; these things just happen out of imagination right? It's clearly just you being an obvious fan of her.

Nothing to be worried about.

You stood up and fixed the bed, you have to get going so you can start to work. You have your laptop with you but you don't feel like working here.

You changed your clothes and fixed your things and as soon as you closed the door of the room you shared with Lizzie you saw her getting out of Robbie's room.

Your gaze met hers for a second before you both proceed to walk in the same direction.

You walk silently together towards the kitchen where you can hear Mrs. Arnett's voice.

"You're going?" It was obvious but Lizzie wanted to ask as well as break down the deafening silence between the both of you.

"ahm yeah, I have to work." You replied looking straight ahead.

"Alone?" She asked, you can feel her looking at you but you dare not to look back.

"Yep." You kept your answer plain and simple afraid that if you form any sort of sentence you would sound nervous, in which, you are.

"Nonsense, I'll come by at your place after I drop Robbie at the airport." She speeds her walking leaving you behind before you could even reply.

"oh okay." You whisper to yourself which she wasn't able to hear because she's already talking to Mrs. Arnett who is fixing the table for breakfast.

Fuck.

It's already 6pm and Lizzie is not here yet, not like you were waiting for her or anything but she said she'd be here at any moment and that was an hour ago.

You haven't heard from Scarlett ever since this morning, she must be really busy plus she would message you if she has time.

There's not much work to do aside from checking emails so you decided to scroll on tiktok once again. For someone who downloaded this app as a joke, you are sure as hell addicted to the app. You saw a lot of fan edits of Scarlett which makes you so happy, a lot of people adore her and you are so lucky you get to call her yours.

The T.V is on but you aren't really watching, it's more like a white noise so you don't feel sad by the silence. The news flashed on saying that there's gonna be heavy rain tonight. That must be why it's been gloomy all day. You thought it was just because you are feeling lonely.

The doorbell rang so you proceeded to open the door knowing who might be on the other side. There she is looking beautiful as always wearing casual clothes with her hair on a bun and her bangs being a bit messy.

"Come on in." You invited, and she entered the house carrying two bottles of champagne. "What's the occasion?" You followed closely as she proceeded to go into the living room.

"Nothing, I thought we could relax." She smiled and sat at the couch placing the wine on the mini table. "Unless you don't want to." she added. She got the remote for the T.V and went straight to Netflix. You sat next to her without saying anything.
