As soon as they stepped into the warehouse, the darkness inside completely engulfed them. Hunter ignited a small flame on his index finger, lighting up the area around them. He glanced around searching for any sign of their friends, but there was nothing.

"Guys?" Hunter whispered, moving slowly through the warehouse with Nate right behind him. He jumped as a bang from upstairs rang through the building. He signaled to Nate and they slowly made their way towards the steps leading up into more darkness. He put his finger to his lips to tell Nate to walk quietly, and they made their way around the corner, into the dark empty hallway. There was a loud bang again, and a huge ball of rock slammed into the wall at the end of the hallway, shattering the windows on the rooms. Hunter ducked and pulled Nathaniel down as well, as glass fell all around them. "I think it's safe to say we found Ollie."

They quickly sprinted down the hallway, right as another rock ball flew towards them. They jumped out of the way quickly, narrowly dodging it. They turned the corner and saw the creatures snarling at Ollie, as she struggled to hold her ground. There were at least 6 of them around her, and with her only being 5'4, compared to their 11 feet tall height, she was clearly struggling. Hunter spun his hands quickly, a giant fireball roaring flames between his hands. He yelled as he threw it towards the monsters, "OLLIE LOOK OUT!"

Ollie jumped back quickly as the fireball slammed into the group of monsters, igniting their dark inky flesh. They screeched and growled, amping up to attack. Hunter grinned and threw another ball of fire into the group, launching them backwards. Ollie jumped up into the air kicking off one of the walls, and launching herself over the group, landing gracefully next to Hunter and grinning.

"Lets destroy these losers."

She launched hundreds of rocks towards them at the speed of a bullet, leaving huge gaping holes in the monsters. Hunter spun a fireball in his hands and launched it at them, and they all exploded into piles of burnt flesh.

Ollie wiped the sweat off her forehead and grinned at Hunter. "Nicely done, Mr. Ryoma."

He smiled back and ruffled her hair. "Anytime short-stuff."

She stuck her tongue out at him as they made their way past the piles of flesh and up the steps to the next level, in hopes of finding Sam.

"Have you seen Sam since the beginning of the simulation?" Hunter asked Ollie, as he kicked a piece of broken glass out of their way.

"No, sadly. We got split up when a huge group of those creatures came at me. I didn't know what to do." She peered around the corner, and signaled for the two boys behind her to hold still.

"There's a few more of them up ahead. Stay close." She slowly made her way around the bend, and towards the creatures. She walked almost silently, trying not to draw attention to the group.

She didn't see Sam, but the group of monsters were scratching at a room to the left with their huge black claws, trying to break in.

"Sam must be in there, trying to barricade himself. There's gotta be at least 20 of those things outside of there. There's no way he can take them all on by himself."

Hunter inched closer to try and see how many monsters there were, to see their odds of killing them all on their own.

The sound of someone sprinting down the hallway behind them, caught the teens attention. Shidge skidded to a halt behind them when he saw the large group of creatures.

"I found the others but we can't find Samuel."

"I think we found him."

Shidge's ears perked up as he peered around the corner. "Wow that's a lot of monsters."

"We can take 'em. Easy." Ollie grinned, confident in their skills.

"Let's go get our boy then." Hunter walked out into the main area and whistled loudly, causing the monsters to all turn and look at him.

"Over here idiots!"

The monsters growled and snarled as they bounded towards Hunter. He spun a huge fireball between his hands, smirking. "Ready Ollie?"

Ollie grinned, getting into her fighting stance. "Let's go!"

Hunter threw the fireball across the large room, hitting the group of monsters, igniting their skin. They screeched as Ollie shot balls of rock at them, blowing huge holes in their flesh.

Shidge smirked and spun his hands, a giant water tornado swirling in front of him. He launched the tornado forward, and it swallowed up the group of monsters, drowning them quickly. They gurgled and thrashed in the water before their lifeless bodies were slammed down to the ground as the tornado disappeared.

The door behind them opened and a pair of pink eyes peered out.

Sam bolted of the room excitedly, his smile lighting up his face. "Thanks guys! I thought I was toast there for a minute."

The room around them started to spin and shift, as the generator turned off. Nesrin grinned from the stage across the gymnasium, and clapped her hands excitedly.

"You guys are ready."

The teens all looked around at eachother, proud of the progress they had made this year. Each one of them had grown so strong in their powers, and they were finally ready for fight night.

"Well guys, I just want to say I'm so proud of each of you. You guys have worked so hard to get where you are, and things are only getting better from here. Go home, get some rest, enjoy your weekend, and you guys better be ready for Monday." Shidge grinned and threw his arm around Nesrin.

The teens all headed out of the building, smiles on their faces. They were ready for whatever this fight night was going to throw at them.
