Semblance: Blink Blink allows Violet to teleport up to 6ft away from her. By mentally picturing where she'd like to end up, she will become a violet ball of light and vanish. Then, in a split second, she will reappear wherever she wanted to end up. Her semblance cannot teleport other people, and she can use it six times in a row before suffering from migraines. If she tries to use her semblance after the sixth time, she risks blacking out from mental strain.
Backstory: Violet grew up in a small home in Vale, always wanting a chance to explore the world and see more than just Vale. Her mother and father hated the idea, and would constantly try to change her mind, hoping to convince her to stay in Vale where they knew it was safe.
When Violet graduated her combat school and received the acceptance letter to Beacon Academy, her parents were filled with a sense of dread. But Violet's little nine year old sister, Lavender, was ecstatic.
Violet herself was filled with mixed emotions, as she confessed to her longtime friend, and sparring partner, Neopolitan. The two had met when Violet was six years old, when her father received an invitation from the Vanille family for a business proposal.
Violet had to sit amongst the adults during the meeting, which caused the six year old to become restless and temperamental. That led to her father and Mr. Vanille locking her out of the room to fend for herself, where she bumped into the one who was once known as Trivia Vanille.
The two girls found a common ground for causing mischief, and took joy in messing with the house staff while their parents weren't supervising. After that, as they got older the two would regularly sneak away from home to have fun.
