Four Years Later (Peter Parker/Spiderman)

I lifted Madison into my arms, tears continuously streaming down my face. There has to be some way to save her.. I looked around, people staring at me wide eyed. Oh yeah. I didn't have my mask on.

"Someone help her, please!" I shouted, "There has to be a way to save her!"

 No one moved. I looked down at Madison again, her face paling quickly. I buried my head into her neck, "Not you too, please God.." I cried, shaking my head.

The people around me finally started to react, rushing forward and trying to apply pressure on the wound. 

"There's no pulse." someone stated quietly, shaking their head, "She's gone."

"No!" I yelled, "She can't be!"

"How about you try Oscorp?" another person suggested.

I ran a hand through my hair and glanced over at the large black building, nodding slightly, "I have an idea."

I pressed the needle into her arm, watching the spider venom drain from the glass bottle. I hope this doesn't effect her the same way it did Harry.. I bit my bottom lip and tossed the needle to the side, pulling a chair over beside the table and sitting down, taking her hand in mine, "You're going to be okay, Maddie. I promise." I whispered, "It healed Harry from his disease.. I just hope it heals you from this." I muttered.

I stared at Peter, who was holding my lifeless hand. I stepped closer, suddenly seeing a bright white light.

Did the spider venom actually work? I reached out towards the light, only for it to disappear quickly, darkness suddenly enclosing me.

I sat up and gasped, my hands going to my stomach. I looked down, seeing bloody clothes, but no wound.

That actually worked?

I shook my head slightly and looked over, arms instantly wrapping around me. I took in a breath, smelling sweat mixed with the cologne Peter uses. I wrapped my arms around him, holding him to me, "I can't believe that worked." I muttered.

"How'd you know what I did?" he asked, pulling away and grabbing my face, "It doesn't matter. What matters is that you're alive." he stated before pressing his lips to mine.

Not much of an ending.. and I know some people don't like how the girl comes back to life, but I wanted her alive again so :D
