Hermione P.O.V
I am sat by the Lake with my thoughts running wild trying to work out who or what I saw earlier. My train of thoughts are interrupted by someone sitting next to me. I turn to see Oliver.
"Hi." I say with a small smile.
"Hi. You alright?" He says noticing my lack of focus.
"Y-yeah not bad you?"
"Oh I'm fine." He shrugs before focusing back on me. "You seem deep in thought."
"I've just got a lot on my mind. That's all." I smile.
"It must be pretty stressful for you right now, huh?" I move closer to Oliver and he instantly wraps his arm around my shoulders. I melt into his arms and rest my head on his shoulder.
"It's just that... when I was underwater... just before I came out, I saw something."
"Care to elaborate a little?"
"I don't know... it's hard to make out... it looked like a woman."
"Maybe you were just hallucinating... I mean you were underwater and-"
"No. No I'm sure I wasn't. It was too real." He nods in understanding.
"I must be out of my mind." I say putting my head in my hands.
"Maybe you should get some rest." Oliver says as her rubs soothing circles on my back. "It's been a long day."
"Yeah some sleep might help." I say and we both stand up with our hands locked together. We walk back to the castle and head for the common room. I walk towards the girls dormitories when Oliver grabs my wrist gently and pulls me back.
"What are you-?" I spin and immediately my lips crash on his. I melt into the kiss and wrap my arms around his neck. His hands rest on my waist and we just enjoy the feeling of the kiss. We eventually break away from each other.
"Goodnight Lass." He whispers with his forehead resting on mine.
"Goodnight Wood." I say and kiss his lips once more before heading up to the dorms. I get changed and climb into bed and sleep overtakes me almost instantly.

I woke up at 6:30am and pushed the covers over to the other side of my bed. I throw my legs over to the edge closest to me and stretch before climbing out of bed. I walk into the bathroom and strip down before climbing into the shower. After I shower I put on my uniform before meeting Ginny, Oliver, Harry and the twins in the common room. Me and Ginny start up a conversation and head out of the common room with the boys a few feet away from us.
"So what do you have first?" Ginny asks me.
"Divination." I say with a roll of my eyes. "How about you?"
"Potions." She says with a shrug. We walk into the Great Hall and sit down. Oliver sits on my left and Ginny sits on my right. Harry and the twins sit across from us. I rest my head on Oliver's shoulders and he wraps his arm right arm over my shoulders. Everyone starts digging in but me. Everyone soon finishes up their breakfast and I leave the Hall with Harry, Oliver, The twins and Ginny.
When I reach divination I wave goodbye to Ginny and head into the class. I sit in the same seat as last time and the boys sit in front of me. The twins at the front and to the right. Le and Oliver at the front and to the left, leaving Harry sat at the front in the middle by himself. Lavender sits beside me. As Professor Trelawny is speaking, I am writing down some notes.
"Has anyone seen Ron?" Seamus asks. Dean shrugs.
"And so..." Professor Trelawny continues talking.
Ron walks into to class.
"Oh look who finally woke up." Fred and George says teasingly. Ron mumbles a quiet shut up before taking his seat beside Harry.

After Divination and Charms I head to the Great Hall and sit beside Ginny and Harry. Ron and Lavender are sat across from us. The twins, Lee and Oliver haven't entered the hall yet.
"Hey Mione we were just talking about how there's a new teacher." Harry says.
"New teacher?" I say with my brows furrowed.
"Well that's what we've been told." Ron says while Lavender snuggles into his arm.
"Her name is Dolores Umbridge." Ginny says. I look behind me.
"Is that her over there?" I ask as I see a woman dressed in pink with brown curly hair walking towards us.
"I can tell she loves the color pink." Ron says and I roll my eyes at his comment.
"Fred and George said they snuck into her office this afternoon and said they saw nothing but pink and a bunch of cats. Basically they had nothing to steal." Ginny whispers.
"I think they've had enough of stealing and messing around don't you?" I say. And Then the twins, Lee and Oliver all walk into the hall and sit beside us.
"Hello." A voice says from behind us. I turn and see the Umbridge stood behind us with a fake smile plastered on her face.
"You must be Miss Granger and Miss Weasley."
"Yes...that's right." I say looking at Ginny who smiles awkwardly. The woman holds my cheek.
"Yes Dumbledore has told me all about you. You're a clever one aren't you?" She says as her grip tightens.
"Um sorry but... you're kinda hurting my face." I say and she smiles and lets go.
"Sorry." I see Harry back away from Umbridge and Ginny does the same. Oliver clears his throat.
"You're teaching our year aren't you?"
"Well I believe so. And I would love to stay and chat but I really must be going. I'll see you all in the Great Hall at dinner tonight." She raises an eyebrow at Harry and Ron, I hear them gulp. She walks away.
"Uh something wrong Ron?" Ginny asks.
"She gives me the creeps." He says and Harry nods his head in agreement.
"Maybe because she smiles too much." Ginny says with a small laugh.
