Chapter 7 - Jealousy Jealousy

Hermione P.O.V

When we finally arrived at Hogwarts I said a quick goodbye to Oliver and went to find my friends. I managed to spot the hair of Ginny and Ron and immediately made my way over.

"Hey guys."

"Hey 'Mione where were you, we didn't see you in the train."

"Oh I sat with Wood on the train because I couldn't find you guys."

"You sat with Wood out of all people?" Ron looked at me angrily.

"Yes why got a problem with that?" I say irritated.

"Maybe I do." He says with a shrug of his shoulders.

"You know what Ron when you're done acting like a jealous git let me know. I could say that I don't want you hanging out with Lavender but I don't so get over yourself." I walk away and head to the Great Hall.

I hear Ginny run to catch up with me.

"'Mione I'm sorry for my idiot of a brother."

"It's not your fault Gin. It's just he can have female friends even though they make me feel insecure about our relationship and myself but when I have a guy best friend or if I sit with some other guy that's not him he gets jealous and it isn't fair."

She sighs. "I know."

Me and Ginny sit near Oliver, Lee and the twins. We are sat opposite each other.

"Hey sis why are you and Hermione sat so far away from Ron and Harry?" George asks with a brow raised. The others leaned closer interested in the conversation.

"It's a long story." She says looking between me and Ron.

Fred and George nod their heads knowing that she meant that we weren't talking to each other. Fred starts to speak.

"What did our git of a brother do this time?"

Ginny looks at me as if to ask if she can tell them what happened. I nod and turn my attention to Harry and Ron talking at the other end of the table.

"He was just furious that 'Mione sat with Oliver on the train and then they got into an argument and now they're not talking. " Ginny sighs trying to explain the situation as simple as possible.

My attention is still on Harry and Ron talking and Harry turns and smiles at me sympathetically. I smile back and Ron seems to notice me and Harry looking at each other and glares at me. I turn my attention away and look down.

"You alright 'Mione?" Ginny looks at me with a concerned look.

"Yeah. Yeah I'm fine. I'm just going to go to bed because I'm really tired." I stand up and leave the hall. I go to the Gryffindor common room and immediately go to the girls dormitories. When I reach the dormitory I sigh and fall on my bed. I just lay there staring at the ceiling.

Oliver P.O.V

When Hermione and I parted ways to find our friends, I caught up with Fred, George and Lee who were further ahead of me and in front of them were Hermione, Harry, Ginny and Ron.

"Hey Ollie." George says.

"Hey guys."

"How was your train ride with Granger?" Fred asks smirking.

"It was alright and why are you three smirking at me?" I asked looking at the three next to me.

"Did anything happen on the train that we don't know about?" Lee asked with a mischievous smirk tugging on his lips.
