TARUN'S ROOM

Kingya/ Dholi : We're going to India!

Tarun and Jojo's eyes almost popped out of their sockets in surprise, they were completely taken aback by the announcement. Tarun really felt like he was dreaming, he could not believe that the family actually decided to go with them to India. He was having a rollercoaster of emotions in that moment, all the fear and pain they went through hiding this from their loved ones, but there they were, showing their unconditional love for him by taking such a decision against their own interest just to make him happy.

he teared up as he thought about this while Dholi and Kingya keenly stared at them trying to read their emotions and guess their reaction. They were eager to see the reaction of the kids knowing full well that they would be shocked by the sudden decision. Tarun spoke

Tarun : Really? You really mean it?

A tearful Tarun said with eyes reflecting immense gratitude.

Dholi : yes of course beta.

King : yes you heard right kiddo, we're all going with you to India for the wedding. And this time we actually have to do things in the proper manner okay?

Tarun nodded in acceptance happily and hugged his brother out of excitement. Jojo was equally happy but also a little confused so she asked.

Jojo : what changed your minds?...…. About going back, what convinced you?

Pragya, king and Dholi looked at each other a little surprised at her question but nonetheless somewhat expected it knowing how inquisitive Jojo was, pragya responded

Pragya : well, you. Both of you

Jojo and Tarun raised their eyebrows in slight confusion and asked simultaneously

Tarun/Jojo : How?

Pragya : actually it's your plan that convinced us.

Pragya : I've known both of you since you were little and I've never seen you work so meticulously at something like this.

King : Exactly. Your attention to every little detail in this plan just showed us how much you love each other and how important this is to you.

Dholi : and for you to have been able to keep this a secret for a whole 3 months already,  knowing how bad Taru is at lying and how hard it is for Jojo to keep a secret?  it's nothing short of a miracle.

Everyone laughed a little at this statement  and the mood got a little lighter but Tarun still seemed troubled and Kingya knew why. He wasn't able to say it out loud but they knew. So pragya spoke to try and reassure him

Pragya : Don't worry Taru, it's more important to me that my baby brother be with his love than anything. So don't be sad,  that chapter of my life has been over for years now.
