Hey guys, it's been a minute but I hope you're all doing well ..... I'm okay so far in the year lol. Anyway, I've been putting off updating this story for a while now because honestly I had absolutely no idea how to proceed with the next chapter, I don't know what I was thinking making it about games because I've never even been to a family game night lmao. But it could only be put off for so long, I'm a big girl and I should finish what i started right?

Also, do note that I changed the game team names as follows:

Team A (Pragya's team) is now Team Red

Team B (King's team) is now Team Blue

Oh, and each team is wearing T-shirts of their team colour

Also, This chapter was not proofread so just bear with me🙏

With that long ass intro out of the way, let's get into the chapter shall we?

Arora Mansion - Leisure hall

The first two games had already been completed and the two teams were tied, Pragya's team won Jenga and King's team won Uno. Now they were getting set to play the third game on the list which was the tug of war, a red line was drawn in the center separating the two teams and a sturdy thick rope was brought for pulling. Each team huddled up to discuss their game plan.

PARALLEL SCENES

** Team Red's huddle**

Pragya : okay everyone, we're doing good so far but we can do better....we slacked off in the last game and we can't afford to have that happen again.

She said in a serious tone, sounding like a coach giving her team pep talk at halftime.

Kareena who was next to Preeta whispered softly

Kareena : She's really taking this seriously haan? She's even sounding scary

She said as she tried her best to hold in her stiffled giggle.

Preeta : You haven't even seen anything yet, she's an absolute drill sergeant when it comes to winning.

She whispered back and they silently chuckled.

Pragya : So this is a game of strategy rather than strength, which works great for us because they're surely banking on strength as their biggest advantage.

Purab : so what's our strategy?

Pragya : its simple, we turn their strength into their weakness.

The group was puzzled and exchange confused glances.

Tarun : what do you mean Di? How do we do that?

Before Pragya could answer, Sameer figured it out and responded.

Sameer : shift the power balance, right?

He said while looking at Pragya who smiled and responded

Pragya : Exactly Sammy. See, since they have more power, they'll focus it all on the front and will use it in full from the jump. All we have to do is let them think it's working and when they drop their guard we go for the win.
