reparations were in full swing and the time for the ceremony was drawing near, everyone was busy with their different tasks in helping the event come together. guests had already started pouring in and were awed by the glorious beauty of the decorations in the mansion, as soon as they walked through the door they were adorned with beautiful sweet smelling flower ornaments by Jojo and Arav who were in charge of welcoming guests. Everyone did their work happily with smiles and laughter as they were really having a good time, everyone except the great Mehras who grumbled endlessly in annoyance that they were subjected to such "hard labour".

A blend of different enticing aromas filled the air in the room, an endless spread of the finest cuisines, sweet, spicy, sour and flavours galore, all meticulously created to the finest touch by some of the best chefs in the country were being carted in and out of the kitchen by the waiters and severs for the ceremony. two sets of eyes followed each dish back and forth longingly as the tummies of their owners growled and their mouths salivated, not allowed to even touch the food they were desperately longing for. It was Tanu and Aliyah who were covered in sweat with their hair in a complete mess, they looked like mad people who just escaped from the mental hospital.

you might be wondering what on earth was the "hard labour" they were doing that had them looking like this right? well it wasn't some cruel inhumane task like carrying loads of bricks on their heads or something like that......no my dear friends....the all difficult task that shrishti had assigned these two to do was Cleaning the Dishes. that's it folks, simply washing a few dishes proved to be a task that bested the mighty "Queens" of the Mehra household. they were sitting on two stools and in front of each of the were two massive basins, one filled with water and the other filled with a mountain of dirty dishes. why weren't they using the sink you wonder? in the words the the great Shrishti Arora "Where's the fun in that?"

Tanu : Oooow!!! Shit!!!!

she shouted suddenly which startled everyone in the room and especially aliyah who broke a tumbler from the sudden fright. she cast a deadly glare at tanu and shouted back

Aliyah : what the hell tanu!!!!! now look what you made me do!

she exclaimed in utter annoyance

Tanu : I BROKE MY NAIILLL, LOOOOK

she whined and practically shoved her hand in Aliyahs face to show her the "injury" she had which only further annoyed aliyah and she jerked the hand away

Aliyah : oh shut up!! this is the fifth glass that's broken because of your foolishness

tanu gasped in shock at the insult at retorted

Tanu : how dare you talk to me like that? you have no idea what kind of pain i'm in right now! this is the fourth nail i've broken doing these stupid dishes!

she whined, almost crying as she looked at her soap covered hands and her ruined manicure. the two continued bickering back and forth, placing the blame on each other as the kitchen staff looked on and tried to hide their laughter. standing at the entrance of the kitchen and smirking victoriously was shrishti who was having the time of her life watching the two witches bicker.

Shristi : (internally) just you wait darlings, this is just the begining.

she said with a devious smirk and strutted off triumphantly.
